Your crew has disappointed me today. I asked for a 12-count grilled nuggets meal, large fries, large tea, gallon tea and vanilla milkshake. After eating my nuggets I counted only NINE (9) pieces and instead received a medium fries, when I CLEARLY said LARGE. However, I was charged for the medium fries and not the large. But, I was charged for the 12-count grilled nuggets and only got 9 of the 12 pieces. On the bright side, I did get the rest of the stuff I ordered just fine. Unfortunately, it won’t alter my disappointment toward you guys.

Their fry boxes are never full only half way. You pay for a large and get a medium. Medium is more like a small. L
Guess this location doesn't like free sandwiches because every time I try and use a code from taking a receipt survey it's always denied and then they don't want to give you a receipt almost like they know you gonna leave a review for corporate to see.
Only reason I even came was to use my free sandwich code before it expired.
Should have just gone to BOJANGLES more food for the value there.

This is the first time I’ve left a negative comment for any Chick-Fil-A.
I was staying at a nearby hotel while having surgery across the road from the hospital.
Tuesday night I drove thru CFA and ordered the “new” chicken sandwich that I had seen a commercial for. Probably my fault for not being more clear. I got a standard spicy chicken sandwich. And no ketchup which I ordered for my spuds.
Wednesday night after surgery, I went back and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. The order taker specified pepper jack cheese - exactly what I wanted. What I actually got was the correct sandwich with American cheese on a roll that bordered on stale. At least I got ketchup.
It’s aggravating to have to double check your order before driving away and I’ve never had to at CFA.

This new location is spotlessly clean. Excellent and friendly service. Food was good, as always.
Handicap accessible, including the restrooms. However, the restroom door was a little heavy.

Came in to this one to try and buy some new key chain for my gfs bday. Guy at the counter gave a very warm and kind greeting. They stopped selling them and I didn’t know. The man behind the counter took his own key chain of his own keys and gave it to me. This is what chicfila is all about. Big shout out to the guy working at about 5:30 on 12/28. You are the man.
