I've been here 3 times since the remodel, and every time they have given so little fries. Ordered a large this time and I might as well have not, as it's hardly filled. Chicken sandwich was good, just don't understand why stingey on fries. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

As I write this in still in the drive thru line for 25 minutes now. Just for 2 sandwhiches and a kids meal. Finally brought my meal out and I’m missing fries and they didn’t even offer to comp anything. The drive thru guys are finding it funny when they forgot something and waited another 10 minutes for fries. Brought out a half empty fries too lol. Absolutely ridiculous. Management should be disappointed and I’ll be waiting for my money back. UPDATE: Chick-fil-A refuses to answer my calls and emails but I’ll keep trying through yelp. Went there tonight to eat with a group of kids to find the floor girl spend 45 mins blocking off the entire dining area mopping then get visibly upset when we sat where she moped to then her verbally making them feel bad and once again more lose of respect for this location. I confronted the manager to which she was very respectful with her response but I’m still waiting for a refund for my first incident above. Needed a place for lunch while I waited for my tires to be taken care of at Discount Tire across the street; this CFL worked out perfectly. I ordered using the app; my food was brought out quickly and was hot & tasty. The employees were very friendly and offered to refill my drink twice. Thanks!

We always love going to Chick-fil-A! Even though this particular location is always real busy, the employees are super friendly and of course the food is always real good. And it's a great play area for the kids and you will always find plenty of young soccer players and baseball players with their parents coming here after the game

Got a drive through order the other day for me & my kids, RAW FOOD. needless to say I had a severe stomach ache because of their negligence. Check your food before you eat here, they clearly are careless handling their food, not to mention all the sicknesses that they can cause from RAW chicken. Would not recommend at all. This location is the most unorganized, disrespectful location that I have done business with. I have come here for years. Service started slipping after Mrs. Jessie left; however, still want to support the local franchise owner. Since the remodel has opened it has become comically non tolerable. The quality and consistency of my order, always breakfast- always eggs, sausage with drink, is never the same. They CAN NOT figure out how to utilize the extra lane. Wait times are awful. Pull up, pull around…we will bring your order….yes, I have spoken to staff and management. Today was my last trip to Chick Fil A in Tomball. It is not the experience I have become accustomed to, and quite honestly pay a little more for, at Chick Fil A.

Keep personal stuff out of the restaurant. Employees can wait to talk to friends after work. Not while they stand around being loud while people are trying to eat. I don’t normally write reviews but this is unprofessional. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I didn't open my meal on the way home from getting my drive thru order. But I found one my sliders already ate into prior to me opening it. I'm grossed out and hoping it wasn't a member or even a rat. I like the food but it made me confused and upset when I tried to call the establishment for more answers and concerns and did not meet that either. I know this seems silly and it makes me feel silly too but this was just an overall very weird experience for me to open my meal to lol. Y’all. $50 for 2 kids meal and 2 adult meals. We literally cancelled our order went to Wolfies and had drinks, 2 beers 2 kids meals 2 adults meals and it was $42. Went for lunch got a salad 3 tenders and a drink $20. When you are more expensive than a restaurant that’s where i will go instead. I had one of the staff members tell me they rose their prices AGAIN. Well, they have priced me out of coming there if I can go to a restaurant for cheaper.
