Service was good. I tried the new chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. I still like the original. It's a Chick-fil-A. What else can I say. It's a pleasure coming to a Chick-fil-A. Service extremely slow on a Saturday morning. Full line, one cashier. Ordered number 6 breakfast meal with OJ. Got an under cooked biscuit with bacon. By far the worst Chic-Fil-A I have ever patronized. I expected better. Took food back up untouched and was completely ignored. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is near another location. I placed my order online line and sat at this waiting for my order. I checked ked in and gave the number on the sign in front of me. As I was thinking this is taking a long time, I got a call on my cell. This very polite young man named Jonah Cunningham explained that I was at the wrong location and went to lengths to very nicely explain how to get to the right place. I made it, and he ran my food out to me. I want to recognize his politeness and professionalism over the whole matter. Chick-fil-A, you have a great person working for you! The food is always excellent at CF. But this location needs to organize their staff. Lots of people working behind the counter, but really disorganized. This is so rare at CF, because normally they have well trained staff and management on site all the time. Need to work on that. We visited this location on the way back from a trip to Florida. The food tasted good, but after eating, we noticed how completely disgusting the restaurant was. Both restrooms were filthy, and the trash bins were overflowing. An employee was in the men's room, washed his hands, and tossed his paper towel onto the bathroom counter next to several others. We mentioned to a manager that the bathrooms needed attention. The floors behind the front counter were also dirty with a significant amount of trash. My past couple experiences at this stand alone location has been horrible. My order is never right and my fries are not cooked all the way. I ordered 2 sandwich meals, with sauces and used points to buy a 5 piece nugget. I only received one sandwich, fries that were MAYBE half full, no sauces, and an extra 5 piece nugget. After sitting for 40 minutes in line for my mobile order, then driving home to my neighboring town, it was extremely disappointing that we didn’t have what we needed for dinner. Why is every location so ridiculously busy? There were so many people it was crazy. The staff handled it all really well. I went in to eat and even though there were 200 people in the drive thru and another 100 inside my food came out really quick and the Jesus chicken of course didn't disappoint.
