I normally never leave bad reviews but I ordered a small chicken nugget tray and a gallon of sweet tea at 2pm on 11/18/23 online and they had me do pickup at 8-8:15pm so we came to pick it up at 8:15pm. The first girl acted confused and asked for the name at least 6 times and then she asked what we got again even though I was sitting there showing her the email confirmation with everything on it, and then she made us pay with our card again even though I paid online and again, had my email confirmation there. We then pull around and sit even longer and another girl came out and said, “you only got this right”, and had the sweet tea and we said no and explained and everything. She couldn’t believe we’ve been sitting there that long and was also confused. They ended up giving us our tray and we finally left at 8:55pm. I have still been charged double for the order, we left and was very disappointed and aggravated with that experience. Service: 1

Usually rates a five star. However, this time our order was mixed up on a few items and the associate didn't seem to care. This place is always so busy. Sometimes it is hard just getting in the lot. I will have to say they have learned how to process orders very efficiently and usually get it right. Their normal service and great food brings us back often. Good is always good the in and out is a little hectic. If you are in a bigger vehicle better to park in the Kohls lot and walk over as it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot because of the wall around the trash bins. Not the usual Chick-fil-A experience. The lady that took our order very stern and unfriendly. She acted like she was having a bad day. She was an older blonde lady and looked to be the manager. The trash was full in the bathroom and it was spilling over onto the floor and the counter. The tables in the lobby were dirty. The trash cans in the lobby were full. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and it was burned. I get that there is supposed to be gill marks but this was black. It was like 10 after 8:00 and I watched her turning away customers. She told everyone that came in that they had to order their food to go because the dining room was closed. Several people just walked out. The sign on the door said the dining room closed at 9:00 and it was 8:15 at this point. There is definitely a training opportunity for the store.
