We arrived at about 6:30pm on a Friday evening, and although it seemed crowded, there were still tables to sit at. We appreciate having the service prompt and so cordially executed. Today (March 4, 2024) my husband and I stopped for a meal. We had to wait an unusual amount of time for the meal to arrive. When it did, the fries were cold and my sandwich was soggy. Another complaint is those little aluminun bags. Putting a hot sandwich in one and closing it up makes the sandwich soggy. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This location is not up to the same standards/quality control as any other chick fil a I’ve been to. We ordered 5 of the same breakfast sandwiches and all 5 came out very poorly assembled. The majority of the cheese was stuck on the wrappers. The biscuits on several weren’t whole. The small piece of because in each sandwich was incredibly burnt. Stopped in here around dinner time. I placed my order before-hand on the app. Once I arrived, there were no spots for curb-side, like there are at our Chick-fil-A back home. So, I swung over by the drive-through where some employees were chatting while helping those going through the drive-through. I was told they know where you are based on your GPS location in the parking lot. That's all well and good, and it worked out this time, but that also requires the person placing the order to give the app permission to access their location. So, I'm not really sure what you do if you don't want them to locate you that way. It's a large parking lot, seems it would be easier just to put in a few curb-side parking areas with numbers on them like many other locations have. Like all Chick-fil-A stores, I wasn't let down. The food was great. The order was exactly what I asked for. The line moved as quickly and efficiently as it could for Chick-fil-A at lunchtime in a busy area. No complaints here. The food at this Chick-fil-a was good. The restaurant is a really busy location. It took a while to get our food. They have mobile pickup on the app but there were no mobile pickup parking spots that I could find. this left me confused as to where to park to get my order. This meant that I had to order for inside pickup and then there was a decent wait for that. I didn’t find it to be as seamless of a mobile order process as other Chick-fil-a restaurants. Overall, really great, but my yogurt parfait only had four blueberries on it. I ordered the parfait because the picture had quite a bit of fruit, so I was disappointed to see the lack of fruit. Overall great staff and great service! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
