Wow! Lisa (curly hair, beautiful smile) was so attentive and sweet. I don’t know how CFA chooses their people but they made a wonderful choice with Lisa. She exudes the essence of joy and sunshine! Staff here was the worst of any Chick-fil-A I've been to. We dined in and they didn't even bring us our food. They just held our food up at the counter until we went and got it. A stellar location. Efficient with delicious food and wonderful customer service. Dawn (I think that was her name) checked on us and made sure we had refills to go with a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanor. This place used to be great at the beginning of 2023 now they have all new staff who couldn't care less if they had a job or not. There's almost no point to use the mobile app when the drive through for vocal orders is just as fast or even quicker at times. Staff is not nearly as nice as other locations. We tried something new and ordered in advance on the app for dine-in for seven of us. The restaurant was busy, but we didn’t have to wait too long for our order, and the food was super tasty. The staff was friendly and courteous. We definitely had a great visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
