Totally messed up my girlfriends order she ordered extra pickles and she got cheese ? Then on the sandwich it says no pickles. My sandwich wasn't even a spicy. The fries were terrible. We are frequent customers at the Brentwood location and have never had to to check our food. This is by far the worst experience ive ever had. Thanks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This is a very good Chick-fil-A location. It was the only place I could find a healthy dining option late in the evening. I ordered the kale salad, it was healthy and delicious. I plan to keep going back but I need Planet Fitness to turn on their specials because wheeeeuuuuuuwwww! So I went at lunch time, I was looking for a place I can get some work done, so a nice work space, grab some easy food to eat not like a steak or anything. You have to cut that with a fork and knife then you can’t multi-task and I was expecting to have to Hotspot from my phone but THEY HAD GUEST WI-FI that actually works!!!!! They get all my stars for that! Ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and got close ups for you just in case you’re wondering. The Spicy Sandwich domes without the lettuce or tomato FYI (as in don’t order it it’s just chicken on bread. If you’re having the bread you might as well have the tomato and lettuce. Dined in, after I sat in the table furthest from the door someone still came over and asked if I’d like a refill on my drink. Superb service, thank you. I am the caregiver for my parents 87 and 88 year old. My mother is legally blind and father can not eat nuts, rice or corn. I have asked several times for a Cobb salad without corn. My receipt reads no corn. My salad has corn, this is not the first time. This is not the second or third time. The salad I purchased without corn on 12/23/23 for dinner on 12/24/23 had corn. I eat at Chic Fil A all the time with my daughter because it is one of the only fast food restaurants with healthy options. We typically go to the library once a week and then eat there for lunch after. Today we came to a location we don’t typically visit, Chesterfield. I order my usual, two kale crunch salads with an 8 count grilled nugget and then asked for an empty large salad container to combine it all, as I always do at other locations. Three different workers told me they could not give me the empty container. I told them I would be happy to for it. They said no. I told them I get this all the time at other locations. They said no. It’s an empty container I was willing to pay for. I spend hundreds of dollars a year at Chic Fil A. They were not only unaccommodating they were rude. They keeps giving me my wrong order.. even when I order from their app.. always missing one thing or order is wrong.. happens too often.. drive thru just gives you order but they never check the order ticket.. plus called corporate and they said they would credit me but still nothing.. The customer service is not what people say it is. I did an online order for me and my coworkers. I went inside I stood in line the guy took the dining orders first then he asked me what was mine I said I'm here for a pickup. He didn't process the order he apologized and said it was his fault after I stood there 7 minutes. He finally processed my order so they can start making the food all together I was waiting for an online order at least 13 to 15. Where is the good customer service that everyone raved about. If you follow my reviews at all, you already know I love Chick-Fil-A and eat at their locations frequently. I LOVE that they do mobile ordering, their app is amazing and service is fast. My go-to is a spicy chicken sandwich meal add pepperjack and ranch with either fries or a mac n cheese and sweet tea or lemonade. Their sweet tea is one of my all time faves! All of these items are delicious and filling. I enjoy the consistency of food standards between CFA locations. However, as far as CFA standards go, this isn't a top notch location. The last few times I've been here there have been messed up orders, a cold grilled chicken sandwich and just "standard" service. Yes they did correct those items... though with the cold sandwich the next one also came out not hot and I just ate it. Another thing this location misses that other locations do is have an employee walking the dining area asking if you need anything or would like a drink refill - yes this is fancy for fast food, but its a CFA thing. They do have a person walking around the dining area... but I've not seen them do anything or speak to any guests and when we tried to get their attention on my last visit, they just kept walking past us. I don't know what they are doing. All that said, I will still be back here, mainly because I enjoy chick fil a and it's a great meeting spot for me a few people. I usually don't give fast food places more than 3 stars, but this particular one has such exceptional service it warrants mentioning. Consistent quality food and service, well-trained staff, clean, and FAST. Indoor play area for the kiddies. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Starting to slip recently. Forgotten sauces (they’ll even say “it’s in the bag), incorrect shake flavors, and grilled chicken nuggets need to be cooked a little longer. They’ve been a little underdone for my liking every time.
