Fries were cold, hard, and cooked old grease so I asked for fresh fries just to get same type of fries. Not only that, a customer was in front of me with the same issue and she got a second order of fries as well. My 7yr old daughter even said " the fries are normally and taste better". Well my wife had a gift card so we decided to try a meal here. We dined in and waited a little bit to get our order. You would think since we had to wait the meal would be hot, not the case. The fry’s were lukewarm and so was the chicken sandwich. For as busy as they were everything should have been hot. At least the staff are friendly.
