I have no complaints. We got there, not a lot of people at that time. We placed our order, and the food was ready in no time. We ate, my kids played at the playground, and we left. Good afternoon! Worst experience ever at a chic fil a! See attached picture where two pieces of wood was found in my daughters fries. The owner Debbie showed no regard in rectifying the matter. She needs to work on her customer service skills and be more attentive to her food being made in the kitchen. The new Chick-fil-A Cauliflower sandwich is pretty tasty. It tastes similar to a fried green tomato sandwich with Chick-fil-A's signature batter. I would definitely eat it on its own. However, this review is about the new hack/secret menu item. I added the Cauliflower tender fillet to my Spicy Deluxe sandwich, which was a much better sandwich. The total cost was $14.14 for both sandwich entres (non-meals). The last photo is of just the Cauliflower sandwich with the bun removed. Ordered a brownie. Didn't get it with my order. Called them and was told to come back to get it. Went back later and was told they were frozen. That it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Despite the fact that I told them I wouldn't be back for an hour. Beyond disappointed and the ball was truly dropped here. Conor I believe was the one that told me this. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! For the first time in my life I experienced THE WORST experience all around from this Chick Fil A. My order was “ #6, with bacon”……..I get my order, opened the sandwich and took a blind bite (without looking) because I was multi-tasking. Something was immediately off. I look down and see that it’s literally just a biscuit with 3 small halves of bacon strips. So I went back to the window to let them know the error & was met with distain. After paying an additional fee….they gave me the old “sandwich” back (after God knows who touched it) & an egg with a cold slice of cheese SEPARATE! I was in shock. I really didn’t know how to react so I drove off but that was the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced at a chick fil a. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The absolute worst in the entire chain. I spent my last $65 on a meal for my family, got home and I was missing an entire meal. While at the restaurant I ask if everything was in the bag the person at the window stated yes everything is in the bag. Granted I did come to the restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing, but should service not be the same at all times during operating hours? I was hurrried while placing my order. The person taking orders over the intercom ask at least five times “ do you want anything else” they used absolutely no suggestive sales. They rushed me after every item I ordered. After arriving home at 10:05 being that we only live a few blocks away I called back and spoke to Destiny the manager told her what happened and she offered to replace the 4 count strip meal that was missing at a later date. I told her that this was unacceptable being that I had spent my last and now someone has to not have dinner because someone was rushing to do their job and did not verify the order. She told me that she is trying to do her Paperwork and get a lot of things done so she could not hear me out. When I said that a customer’s complaint should take precedence at this point and she should at least hear me out, she then pretended to listen. After it was all said and done she stated that she could not do anything else and I could come there within the next 2 months and get a meal replacement. I asked her if there was a higher up that I could speak with such as a GM or owner and she stated “you can take it to corporate”.She finally gave me the owner’s name and stated that she could not give me any contact info or a way to make this situation known. This place sucks!! This has been the second time I have had a horrible experience with this location at Tanger Outlets. They are by far the absolute worst location in Charleston go somewhere Else!!! This is one of the worst experiences ever at Chik-fil-A. The line moved extremely slow and there were 10 people in the prep area with the food. We waited over 10 minutes for chicken strips and grilled nuggets. It was ridiculous. The worst service ever! Absolutely the worst. Joshua the manager tried to rectify the situation but it was beyond repair. Please retrain everyone on customer service and timelines of getting orders out. It’s called Fast Food for a reason. I'm sending out an SOS for this location. This place is filthy, the employees need retrained on food safety. The fries were old and main entrees were old as well. I have never experienced this ever at a Chuc fil A. Most employees do use my pleasure and thank you. The counters are dirty so is the back kitchen as i watched the litchen door swing open, the clothing of employees as well. Almost every surface looks dirty, went to leave and the outside is the same oh the play area too! Please send this place help hope you are listening Corp office.
