Great, consistent food. This is the only place that makes chicken livers that I like. Chicken is great. This place was out of gizzards and gave me extra tenders to be kind. It was clean inside, nice people. Daniela at the drive Thur rolled her eyes because I asked for a bag. When there’s bags right in front of her. I even asked nicely.. I brought a two piece dinner with a drink. I’m not understanding why you’re handing off food only in the box without a bag. I didn’t realize I was being an inconvenient to her. So much for being a paying customer. This chicken express has their 7 tender combo meal for $16.79. They are out of their minds. I don’t even pay that much for a sit down meal at most places. The chicken express on 377 isn’t even that high on their price for the 7 tender combo meal. Will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Picked up a 4 piece tender meal and ended up with 1 tender and 3 small pieces Pretty disappointing It’s been a while since I’ve been to your place. It might be a while before I return. 1 of the best in food quality and consistency. Service is always fast and considerate. Other Chicken Express locations should follow this location model. Most others are serving Dried and/or over salted product. I do drive out of my way for this location good quality experience. So I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I am quite upset about this. After spending almost $60 on fried chicken, I expected the quality to be much higher than what I received. First we waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive through and when we received our food, I expected the tenders, family count 20 piece plus a side, to be fresh and juicy and we'll, tender. They were not. They have obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for the afternoon and the french fries were soggy, not crunchy and barely warm. And the rolls... definitely were made yesterday because they were tough and extremely dry. I am so disappointed with this food. And the fact that I spent $60 on it...we could have eaten at a restaurant for less than $40 for the 3 of us and at least the food would be fresh!
