Among other Mexican cuisune places to visit, this bar can be one of the greatest. Many visitors of Chili's note that nicely cooked chili, mango chicken and Caesar salads are served here. Guests may have tasty cheesecakes at this place. Good margaritas are a decent choice. It might be cool to try delicious ice tea. This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Affordable prices are something that should be said about this bar. Great customer service! Didn't get our servers name but he was fantastic! My kids got their foods right away! Only complaint we had which wasn't to big of a deal was the corn and ribs were very dry, almost like they were cooked just a but to long or they were sitting under a heat lamp for to long and I didn't get any shrimp with mt surf and turf meal. I'm new to the door dash, and I've ordered from here several times since then this place is always been consistent, except for tonight. I don't know what is going on but my fajitas I get the shrimp and chicken mix was the smallest portion I've ever had there was no flavor at all which is very unusual the beans were all watery it was more like a soup there was barely any salsa and he forgot my kids food so my son did not have his chicken tenders tonight. And I live far away so I know the food's not going to be super hot when it gets here so I can't judge temperature but when the moment I opened up my tortillas they become hard. I'm not sure how that happened tonight. Everyone has a bad night and this place has been very good and consistent for the last 3 weeks, I am super thankful that this was not my first experience with this place, I felt this was my first experience I would not have tried this place again for those prices. I of course will try them again and if they continue on this path I will update it and hopefully they won't and things will go back to normal. Think the food and experience would rate 5 stars. My eye candy waitress was kind and sultry. Making the place feel and look better with every long island ice tee. It was medium busy on a cold cold day. Spent 80 bucks had drinks and a hearty meal oh and the drinks are good and powerful. Wonder if the bar rocks on Friday or Saturday night. My Ribeye steak was only cooked on one side. The bottom was raw. The potatoes were ice cold and the broccoli was not even cooked. I have been to many Chilli's and never had this happen. I love them, but will never go to this location again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food wasn't good. The "House Barbque Sauce" tastes nothing like Bar-B-Que sauce. The chicken strips were rubbery. The server was kind of matter-of-fact like and not personable at all. Usually, I like eating here. Not this time. We complained about the issues. But, nothing appeared to have been done to correct the issues. We weren't even offered fresh chicken strips or a different dish completely. It will probably be a very long time before we return here, if at all. I love this Chili's location. Everyone is friendly, the food is delicious, and we always leave incredibly satisfied. My favorite is the Chipotle Bowl. It somehow manages to perfectly balance all of the elements of the dish: spicy, cool, crispy, tender. Well done, Chili's! Stopped by to dine in (2 people) on a Tuesday night at approximately 6:30 pm. The place was busy, but not exceptionally or crazy busy. We stood at the hostess station right inside the main doors for approximately 10 minutes before the hostess greeted us, or even acknowledged our presence. We asked to be seated in the bar area at a booth. She stated that we could sit anywhere in the bar area as long as the table was cleared and cleaned (as if we would be the kind of people who would sit at a dirty table, covered in the previous customer’s leavings). We pointed out a booth that was vacant and asked if it could be cleared, and the rude hostess informed us that the bartender was responsible for the entire bar, and he would take care of it whenever he had the chance. We waited… and waited… and waited… but the bartender was too busy talking to the customers at the bar, and making drinks for the servers, and never even bothered to communicate with us to let us know that he would be right with us as soon as he was able. We helped ourselves to a couple of menus at the dirty table, (standing by it, NOT sitting in the booth) thinking that we could help expedite the situation by knowing exactly what we wanted to eat and drink, when the bartender was finally able to clear the table, but he NEVER even acknowledged our presence, let alone communicated with us! And, by the way, when I asked the hostess (who was doing nothing because there was no one waiting to be seated) if she could alert someone that there were people waiting for a clean table, she spoke to us in a rude and condescending manner that we just needed to wait for the bartender because it’s his area. We waited for about another 10 minutes, ( the bartender walked RIGHT PAST US without a word) and finally decided to go somewhere else on Elizabeth where we spent over $80 and had a very good meal, and EXCELLENT service. Chili’s showcased everything that could possibly go wrong with front of the house service, and we never even got to experience the menu offerings. The woman working as the “hostess” seems more suited to a position as a prison matron than a corporate-trained greeter. I recently retired from a 40 year career in the customer service field, having worked as a waiter, bartender, FTH Manager, BTH Manager, and General Manager. I understand the restaurant industry inside and out. I give credit where credit is due, but I also know when people are in the wrong positions, and the proper systems and training aren’t being followed to provide the customer with proper service. Pueblo Chili’s is in need of a SERIOUS overhaul! If you are the General or Regional Manager, you should be ashamed and embarrassed for this particular franchise. Service: 1

We had a great server. The drinks and appetizers came out quickly. We waited on the main course for a bit, but it was a full house. Everyone enjoyed their food, and the portions were good size. My husband and I have never been to the Chili’s but we decided to try it. The service was great and food was amazing. The following day we were spending time with our friends and everyone had mentioned that they were kind of hungry and we suggested that we should all go to Chili’s because my husband and I had gone the day before and the service is great and the food is really good and the drinks are really good prices so when we went there the following day the service was absolutely terrible. We were sat on the side of the restaurant where you cant order happy hour, which makes no sense because you can still order drinks and they can still bring drinks over to you. You just have to pay double the price so then I said well can we go sit on the other side of the restaurant and they said that there wasn’t enough room for four people at a baby over there and we were like we can all fit literally just in one booth and they refused to put us over there. And there’s nothing that indicates that happy hour is only on one side of the restaurant, nor does anyone communicate that to you, so I go over to the bar and I was like I’ll just order the happy hour drinks over here and just drink it at the bar and then go back over to the table. They literally wouldn’t serve me at the bar. I waited for like 10 minutes and the bartender and multiple servers just kept walking past me not even acknowledging my existence so eventually I just go back over to the table and we order our food and my husband and I asked for the fries extra crispy and the server told us that she couldn’t do extra crispy fries. How can you not do extra crispy fries you literally just keep them in the fryer for longer or just double fry them and we were so disappointed because we were gloating to our friends about how good the service was, and how great the prices were, and how good the food was and then it was literally just an awful experience for everyone because it seems like almost anything we wanted the server just had to be difficult about it.
