Ordered take out they burnt my steak and gave me a 6oz instead of the 10oz I ordered. horrible food never eaten at this chilis again. had to edit this cuz it was the worst steak ever literally well well done when I ordered medium rare so pissed off at them right now. All of my favorite dishes are always taken off of the menu. Now I can't find a single item that I want to order. I can't even just order a full sized house salad, w/ ranch & chicken on it anymore. (Maybe if I called in) Curbside service never comes out with the food, I always have to go inside. Chili's used to always be one of my very favorite restaurants, But unfortunately with all of the menu changes, I just don't really like anything anymore. I always love Chili's it's a place for me to go to when I'm out of town. What was disappointing was I used a gift card (hate them) and the server said there was NO $ on it. I wasn't going to argue I just paid with my debit card. When I got to my car I checked my gift card and I HAD $ on it 😡😡😡 Come to find out the lady wasn't paying attention cause she was too consumed with the 2 workers at the bar talking to her and the other bartender not showing up yet. I understand when it's about time to get off you wanna go. But, when you have an employee who is not working and is sitting at the bar distracting you that's one red flag. But, then when a female employee came to the bar to speak to the gentleman you were more into what they were saying than helping me out. The simple fact that you said my card was declined and there is nothing on my card let me know you didn't even try it. When you came back to me to hand me my card you gave me your work card instead. Your words were "I have so many cards in my hands I don't know what I'm doing". What you were doing was worrying more about leaving and talking with your peers than doing your job. Will I be back? Such tasty food! Although it can be fun to try out local restaurants, other times I really enjoy a good meal from a good chain. My favorites here are the Oldtimer burger, the chicken crispers, and the chicken fajitas. The chicken crispers are great with their honey mustard sauce. And the desserts are incredibly good - their skillet chocolate chip cookie and their molten chocolate cake are as good as any dessert place. Main point - this place is great. Food tastes excellent. The food was so delicious. This place has great vibes. Good servers, better food, and an incredible atmosphere. I recommend the salads, matches, and fajitas. The kids menu is outstanding and there is something for everyone. The drinks are top notch too. My only suggestion would be to add more fries to the kids plate. For a national chain, this place is really pretty good. I ordered chips and salsa, a bacon burger and a wild berry lemonade for $15 and everything was delicious. The service was great and the food came fast. I have nothing to complain about. We got takeout. One of the worst steaks I’ve probably ever had. Ordered it medium well and basically got beef jerky with how overcooked and charred it is. Really disappointing. Other entree came out alright. Would not recommend the car side takeout. They forget to bring it to the car and the food just sits and gets cold until you go inside to get it. Sad. Food was overpriced garbage. Boyfriend’s shrimp tasted almost spoiled. My salad was flavorless, quesadilla was flavorless goo and crackers. Our on-tap beers were double the price of a bar, $8 instead of the reasonable $4 we’d spend elsewhere. Staff were good and were trying their damnedest. Pretty upset with how much we paid for food we deeply regretted ordering and overpriced beer. Will never be back.

Chili’s has excellent deals and has something for everyone. I personally stick to their 3 for 10 and 2 for 25 deals. Outside of the deals I think they’re a little more expensive than it’s typically worth. Their chips and salsa are great. I also love their strawberry lemonade. As far as entrees go I’m a fan of their fajitas, chicken crispers, and Cajun pasta. Great deals. Good food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
