My fiancé and I went out on a little diner date tonight. Our waiter was Charles and let me tell you this guy knows how to take care of his customers! Charles was super attentive. Asked several questions to make sure our entire order was correct. Super inviting smile and just all around what I wish all waiters were like. The food was absolutely amazing. So thank you to the cooks in the back!! And for those who are 21+ the mango margarita on the rocks is super delicious 10/10 recommend. Food is never consistent! Especially the pricey dishes. Steaks may or may not be seasoned, cooked, chewy etc! Salmon may or may not be small, dry, overcooked, cold, hard, etc! it has been a long long time since I've been to Chili's and honestly I was hoping that I would not be disappointed by remembering what it "used to be" compared to now. Well let me just say that it was better than I expected, way better. First off let me say something about the staff... Shay was our waitress, and I am not sure how long she has been there, but she was Top Notch! from helping us decide what we wanted to eat to making sure that everything (and I mean everything) was just perfect. The food came out quick and was exactly what we had ordered, and you could tell it was all fresh (no stale fries here).. We went on a Wednesday night, and I was quite surprised of the amount of people who were in there, so that goes to show that this is a good place to go even in the middle of the week. So if are like me and haven’t been to Chili’s in a while, I’d recommend stopping by this one and check them out. I do not believe that you will be disappointed in your visit. Chili's!! Yall need yalls behinds whooped for this. 4 chicken strips a little bigger than my thumb for $16 with tax? Not to mention they were all breading with paper thin meat. And you changed them and didn't warn anyone. These taste like any other fast food chains chicken tenders now. There is nothing special about them. If I could have threw them at the window im sure it would have busted it as hard as they were. Just the worse meal with a big price tag. We came here for lunch and we were very impressed. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The restaurant and table was clean. The food was HOT fresh and delicious. Prices were really good. I can't believe we never been before. Our waitress Kimberly was really really good. We will definitely be back my kids didn't want to leave. Whoever management is I can tell they are doing a really good job. Keep up the good work!!!! Absolutely love the place. Staff are friendly, food is great. Just wish they had more cameras pointing to the parking lot. Truck got broken into and a purse and the keys to the truck were stolen. Not a single camera is pointed to the parking lot so it could be caught on tape if something like this were to happen. Apparently its something to do with corporate? They are definitely lacking in security. Cameras need to be put up so stuff like this doesn't happen. Customer safety should be considered for repeat business. Service was good and we were taken care of in a timely manner. Ordered Queso and Mozzarella sticks, then Wings and a triple dipper. Everything tasted fine except the wings which were raw. Did not notice until I had already eaten a bite. The server took the wings off my ticket but still ended up throwing up all in their parking lot. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The manager was rude when asked to replace a meal that had been breathed on. Given to the wrong person and instead of accommodate said she would take it back to the kitchen to refire which means she would serve contaminant food. Then very rudely cancelled the rest of our order. We feel racially profiled as this was a family gathering and the only black family in the restaurant.
