I absolutely love Chipotle. I usually order on the app however I went in to order this time. I ordered a bowl and when I asked for extra rice, the girl who was filling the bowl was about to do it when the girl behind her said "what are you doing?" and the girl helping us told her. She then proceeded to lecture us about getting any extra ingredients and how we'd have to pay for it. I have never had a problem or been charged more before. Only 1 staff member was the problem the others were friendly. I understand if they've changed things, but she was completely rude about it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

There’s nothing wrong with the food. When it comes to the dressing the cup is not filled to the top but yet your charged extra $1.55 for a half filled cup. I can see if the cup was filled to the top then yeah a charge for an extra one would be understandable. I’ve never been charged extra not even for rice. That’s not good to charge extra for something not worth the amount!

I ordered the fajita bowl online and it was delivered by Grubhub. I was charged $5 + tax for extra chicken,and there was no chicken in the bowl at all, only beef fajita. I also paid $3.50 + tax for guacamole, none was added either. Grubhub gave me a partial refund when it wasn't their fault at all. Chipotle should be held accountable for preparing my order incorrectly, not Grubhub. Please pay more attention when fulfilling online orders! Have been coming to this location for about 3 years now as it’s the closest to my house but I won’t be coming back. Over the last 6 months or so the staff has become extremely rude, the amount of rice and meat they put in your meal is abysmal (last two experiences have been cold) and when asking for at least a full scoop of meat they rudely say you have to pay for double meat. I’m sorry but half a scoop of chicken is not enough. They will put a small mountain of cheese on the burrito though, so what you end up with is a rice and cheese burrito with a few chunks of cold and hard chicken with the added bonus of miserable employees that look like they hate their lives and treat you just the same. It’s not even worth the price anymore, there are other places that have better service and more options anyway. Pass. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Parking lot is atrocious. Can't even get into the place. I had to circle the plate twice looking for an entrance. I ordered on the app and received someone else's order. So I called the store to confirm my order was still there, and they said they still had it. So I went on my way to pick it up. I arrived only to be told that they just gave away my order to someone else with a similar name. So they "remade" my order, and I got home only to find that they gave me someone else's order again. They have zero communication with each other, zero communication with the costumers. It was really no one's fault but a bad experience nonetheless. All of that and I still didn't get the order I paid for.

I ordered online to be delivered to my job because I didn't have time to leave for lunch. I ordered a bowl and a coke. What I got was a burrito and no coke. Had my name on the ticket though. So I had to leave work and drive to the location to get what I ordered. The lady was really nice and made my order. It's just the fact that whoever did the mobile order wasn't paying attention at all. I don't even blame the door dasher because the bag had my name on it. This was my first time ordering for this location, I placed my order on the app, pulled up at the time it gave me and the girl handling the curbside orders was so rude. I asked for my order she said there was no order, I showed her my receipt and she did not care to look or anything, I proceeded to walk out the door n get my email receipt and she was still very rude saying there was no order under my name. I went in a 3rd time and she swung the bag across the counter to hand me my food, no apology no explanation no thank you come again. I asked another associate for a cup lid and she rudely asked if there was no lids in the drink section, obviously if I’m asking for a lid it’s because there are none.
