A week ago

Everytime I come here they’re always missing something, whether it be rice or a certain meat. This time they didn’t have tortillas for the burritos so I opted for a bowl, come to find out they don’t have lids for the bowls so they wrapped it in foil to go and by the time I got home the foil was off of the bowl and food was in the bag. The staff was very rude and I understand many of them are highschool or college students who most likely don’t even want to be there but in no way should it interfere with quality of the food and restaurant. My rice is sticky like sushi rice and there is big chunks of god knows what in my bowl🤦🏽‍♀️. I'm sorry chipotle but we are done. I am not paying $18 for a little bowl of beans and rice and barely any meat and some guacamole. You've got to be kidding me. This is worth two bucks you've lost another customer.

This is my $18.00 meal with guacamole, asked the staff that it's less meat than I used to get from them and according to them it was 4 once, but it is usually more than what I get here. I've been coming this place a lot but I guess they are going to lose business from me. I'm not coming back here anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
