I am an UberEATS driver and had two orders to pick up. They were not ready when I walked in. The person serving the food called for backup, and a tall, thin, curly haired male came up to save the day. He worked the register and also managed to complete my order while maintaining calm. There was a long line, and they pulled it off. I was training to work for Chipotle, and let's just say it wasn't for me. So, props to this gentleman. I forgot his name, but I did tell him he did a great job! Service Take out Service: 5

I do not like the service in this Chipotle. I always have an issue. This last visit they seem to give less and less protein with their original scoop and then mention needing to upcharge if you want more. I understand that double protein, but if your 1st scoop is less then it should be, then it is not a double. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Slow crew!!! Placed an order to go. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told it would take a few minutes more. I ended up waiting more than 25 minutes!!!! Very unprofessional and they would ignore other customers who would come to pick up their order too. I'm just a sucker for Chipotle. But while the quality may be inconsistent from my past Chipotle experiences, the food this time was great. Pick up is very convenient as well! This location has gone above and beyond for me. I had ordered delivery through their app but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. This experience wasn't on them but on the third-party delivery service they used. My family received our order not only incomplete but without a sealed bag which was a red flag to me. One of the food containers was also tampered with. I called Chipotle immediately and a very nice employee assisted me with the issue at hand. Although it wasn't on them, she apologized for the bad experience and took it upon herself to call the delivery company and help resolve the issue. Any other place would have directed me to call myself and resolve it. I'm VERY pleased with how this employee handled it. We ordered a second time and to our surprise, she hooked us up with free chips and guacamole. They didn't have to but this shows how they take care of their customers. I have been to that location 3 times and all 3 times it has been the same. The service was super good, the atmosphere the same, but the food was not. Half-cooked rice, chicken is more chicken skin that chicken meat. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This chipotle is the best location in the area! recently moved out of the area but for 2 years I would find my self here almost every day. Not sure why but it felt like their meat, food, and guac was always fresh. They are very clean and have a great crew! Rationing portions like we’re in the Great Depression again. Like damn, I’m sad too but at least scoop a full scoop of rice. Prepare to ask for extra everything to get a properly sized meal.
