Been to alot of Chipotle locations and this is by far the worst on every level. The food; available selections, portions too small, quality, service, hours(they make up their own), cleanliness, online ordering issues not taking cash, etc . All of this has lead me to go back there once since Covid 3 years ago, and it was only worse. I give my money to the Woburn location now. I ordered a barbacoa bowl, the first problem was they said that my order was ready but I never was, then I get my bowl drive home and I check my bowl and I was missing about 6 items especially the guacamole. So I drive back and they make me another one, I check it before I leave and it’s wrong again it was a completely wrong order, go back again and the manger got mad a me for my order being wrong again and told me to go to a different location, then the manager made my bowl again reading what I ordered and he still forgot the guacamole again. I don't know chipotle is infamous for their serving sizes but this location is out of control. Even when I ask for light toppings it's like they go out of their way to give me enough to feed a family of ten. I get it. People love this. I don't. There's too much food. By the time I got to the rice (amount shown) it was cold. Gross. You shouldn't have to push down on the bowl. Not everyone in America wants to be fat.by the time I get home this is going to be way outside the safe zone and I'm just throwing away money... and you guys are throwing away money too. Completely insane and wasteful. Don't give extra unless people ask for extra. This location is always a mess and there is always a wait for online, confusion about online... please.
