No issues like others seem to say. Went for the first time a Tuesday night. Waited about 10 min in line and then was served efficiently and quickly. 4 stars because the juices were all empty. Asked someone about it and she said she’s ask a coworker to fill them up. 20 minutes later…done with my meal and they were still empty. Can’t be that hard to keep track of and refill. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food was decent. Some items came in little portions while others were a lot. The service was extremely low. Employees were busy just chatting around and didn’t care about the long line. From getting in line to checking out it took over 20 minutes while it wasn’t even that busy. Expected better! We love Chipotle however, we are super disappointed that they took away the sauces and sour cream to add to the bowls and such as it leaves them a tad dry. Hence the 4 stars. As for this location, it's extremely busy and tonight in particular they seemed overwhelmed with online orders as there were at least a dozen people waiting around for their food for quite some time. Chipotle has truely gone down hill. Food was okay, but there were about 15 peoples waiting for their pick up and by the time we went in line, sat down and ate, there was a pile of 25 people. Not a single table was clean, and had to clean it myself. Floors were gross. This is not the Chipotle I remember from a few years ago. Trash needs dumped. Waited 25 mins for a mobIle order. Manager on Duty was rude when asked about how mobile orders are prepared. This location has been an issue both time I ordered from there. I'm going to be honest this is the worst chipotle we have ever been to. Both of us got sick when we left. The steak was old I got 3 pieces and they were literally all fat. But I still got charged for the meat. The staff member didn't even ask if I wanted veggies etc. We order from the Carlisle location frequently and it's much better then this. Everything was very chaotic and disorganized. Food wasn't as fresh as usual. I doubt we will return to this store Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Love chipotle, worked at one for 3 years. Remember nearly every chipotle is under staffed and full of inexperienced workers, they are doing their best. If you have to wait less than 15 minutes, mind urself. Met the GM, cool guy, cool set up and chipotle food is always stellar. Placed an online order here and they just absolutely failed at making it. We got two bowls instead of a bowl and a burrito, and there were no fajita veggies or salsa on either, and lettuce on only one. My bowl was just rice and beans, meat, and dairy! (The red salsa in the picture is our own that we added to try and jazz it up a bit, and I stole some of my husband's lettuce. Not sure how he got lettuce and I didn't.) I would only go here again if I were ordering in person. In the one picture I circled all the things that were incorrect.

It didn't disappoint! My carnitas bowl was excellent (maybe too much rice), and it was full to the very top. A ton of food. The staff was quite friendly and bonus point: they spell names just as good as Starbucks baristas! 😊
