Food is almost always good.. but the folks that work here are ALWAYS snotty and rude. I asked to taste the newest kind of meat they have. Baricoa chicken or something like that. Dude acted like I was asking him for a hundred dollars.... he was so bothered by getting me a sample. I ended up buying it too. So it's not like I was just sampling. I did buy. I guess Chipotle is so "cool" that the people have to be rude??? Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This Chipotle is the absolute worst. Extremely slow, ALWAYS an issue. Always hearing “It’s going to be about 10 minutes to take your order.” Or you show up and the doors are locked. - No running water. - POS system is down. - Need to make more food. Today the bathroom is out of service. Are you allowed to operate an active dining room without a restroom facility?

Food had no flavor, and the girl with the long dreds was looking like she didn't want to be their. (She looks sleepy with an attitude) the poor cook wasn't properly trained, the steak was hard. To me it should have been cooked low & slow "Mexican style " I payed $18 for a Chipotle Bowl with 2 bags of chips and a drink. I did not make it to the taco stand so I settled for this. The person at the window who handed off my bag was very friendly, no complaints about service but the food was rough… First and foremost, if you have allergies I would not recommend this location, because it is evident that cross contamination is a serious problem. My daughter’s build-your-own box had a huge glob of avocado in the cheese, and beans mixed into the rice. (She was supposed to receive black beans and NOT rice anyway…but we got rice with a couple black beans thrown in). Secondly, all of the rice in both of our meals was cold and hard. The steak was also cold. My toddler didn’t eat dinner, because toddlers are picky and she didn’t want avocado in her cheese or rice instead of beans. Made an order for my family and I and I went through the drive thru and picked it up, and when I got home there was barely anything in my bowl when I got home. It was a small scoop of rice barely any pinto beans and a couple pieces of chicken and no cheese like I had ordered. It looked like they had made a bowl let someone eat it and then give it to me. lol it was very disappointing with how this experience was. Should not be open till 10 if they run out of stock early so consistently. Today, they are out of cheese lettuce and guacamole. How the actual hell do you run a business and not have key ingredients with 50 minutes left in the workday. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On Wednesday I got a chicken & steak bowl with extra cheese, sour cream, and corn salsa. The worker told me it was a 50¢ upcharge for the extra cheese and sour cream each. Which was new and unexpected but it is what it is. And then about 8 hours later I was clutching my toilet for dear life vomiting up every single bite I had taken. That bowl was the only thing I had eaten all day and I have NEVER had food poisoning that bad in my life. I will never return to this Chipotle again.
