Ordered to here by accident. There’s chipotles every few miles now so wasn’t a big deal. But quality was consistent. Only reason atmosphere was 3 stars because there was a bunch of leaves on floor and it was a little dirty. Won’t be returning. I usually go to Nixon dr. I ordered online and I Was not greeted when I came in despite 2 workers not doing anything while the other 2 were cleaning and packing a catering order. I am not one to leave a negative review and think people should have second chances. However, this is the WORST Chipotle known to mankind. My family are BIG Chipotle eaters and have been to many. This is closest to our home, and a few times now I have said I won’t go here again but keep giving them chances again and again. They’re always out of something! If you dine in, good chance it’s dirty, no silverware and if you say something, the staff looks at you annoyed. If you get takeout, the portions are always inconsistent - lately barely any food. Today’s annoyance was the same one we’ve had a few times now - they are always out of the dressing. Last time, one of the employees told me it’s time consuming to make. It’s a bunch of entitled punks that work here. Do your job - so tired of this generation’s mentality. It’s not the dressing on why I’m so annoyed, but always the feeling that the employees here can’t smile, are annoyed to be working and god forbid you ask for something extra or that you paid for. I can’t believe this Chipotle has an almost 4 star rating. The only way they have a 4 star rating is reviewers thinking it was the other one in Marlton in the Promenade shopping center or because it’s Chain with consistent food. Ordered the carne asada bowl. Watched the person put together the item ordered and noticed that she put NO beef in the bowl. I inquired why no beef. The answer was ... OHHH ... you want beef. We will have to charge MORE for that. HUHHH Doesn't a carne asada bowl already include beef. I thought the price was higher at the register when I paid. They jacked me off and over charged me. NEVER will I return to this joke of a location. Service: 1

After we got our food, discovered they have no forks to eat our messy salads with. I asked how can we eat without forks and they said, "I have no idea" and walked away from me. Great customer service Chipotle.🙄

Although we have ordered from Chipotle many times before, this is the first time due to covid-19 that we actually went into the restaurant to order. The process was smooth and the employee was masked and wore gloves to keep things safe. Our order was delicious as usual.

This place is an absolute disaster. 4 people "working" yet only 1 person helping customers. My pick up order was supposed to be ready by 12:45 yet 25 minutes past that time and the order hasn't even been started! There are also currently 15 people in line waiting to be served. This location needs to fire everyone, or at least the managers because they are giving a bad name to a usually good company. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I've ordered online for pickup, the food has been ready on time and the portions have been filling and satisfying. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful, and they have plenty of options for meat lovers as well. Even when I'm ordering online, the food quality has never suffered. This Chipotle location stands out for its consistently good food and efficient online ordering process. While I haven't interacted with the staff extensively, they've always been friendly when I've picked up my orders.
