This chipotle just keeps getting worse. The entire dining room and drink area are covered in trash. Employees asked a question and continued talking over us and had to ask to repeat the answer. Employees also handed us a dirty drink cup. They were out of vinaigrette as well as forks in the dining room. Place is gross. My kid likes it so I suffered through it. When ordering I asked the Manager if they could clean a table and he replied, “ when we get caught up!” Out of all their tables 3 were occupied and all the rest were gross. EVERYTHING at this place, floors, bathroom, tables and drink counter was covered with stuff. Even the food prep counter! We were there for about 20 minutes maybe 20 to 30 minutes. Not one person even made it an attempt to clean anything. I had to ask somebody just to clean a table for me. The place is gross. And it seems like I’m not the only one to say this type of thing, so it’s obvious that they don’t care . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

At this location the floor was dirty and the forks were in water soaking like they had just been taken out of the trash can and been reused. The tortilla machine was broken and you could not get a burrito so you had to get a hard taco. the staff were also rude and didn’t care. The food was average and pretty expensive for not great quality and tiny portions I received a miniature scoop of rice beans and protein. The whole area was incredibly dirty and there was tons of food all over the serving area. This was easily the WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food place. It's a Chipotle, so you know what to expect for food, but this place deserves a huge shout out for the service. There was a line around the entire restaurant, but this crew blew through the line. Place is just gross. Total pigsty. When we got to the food prep area the manager is the first person you deal with. I asked if he could get someone to clean the tables and he said when they get caught up! We were there between 20 and 30 minutes and out of all their tables 3 were in use and the rest were disgusting. The floor was disgusting, the bathroom was disgusting and the food prep counter was disgusting. They obviously don’t care. I read some of the other reviews and they all say something similar. In a state that cares about cleanliness of restaurants this place would be closed down. So I just read a lot of the reviews. Wish I did that before going. Google does not know how to do math. The vast majority of the reviews are1 star. Many same complaint as me. I will find out if there is a department of health and turn them in. I found what Colorado says is the department of health and did turn them in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let’s start with no toilet paper in the restrooms. Every table was dirty. Dinning room was not stocked and there was no carbonation in the soda machine. One of the line guys was grabbing cheese and lettuce with his gloves hands and refilling all of the items with the same gloves then after wrapping a burrito with his gloves he was wiping his gloves on his dirty apron before helping the next customer. Unbelievably horrible experience. I will never go to Chipotle again. $43 for three bowls and 3 drinks. My bowl had 1 tiny scoop of rice, 1 tiny scoop of beans, and 1 tiny scoop of meat. The trash was overflowing, no utensils to be found, and the soft drinks had literally zero carbonation. They were plain water and syrup. Ice was everywhere due to everyone pouring out their drinks. Did not like the customer service in this restaurant. One young Asian lady seems to have a bad attitude almost like it feels she's projecting superiority with her tone of voice and body language. One other time when I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and come in it was early so I thought I was coming in at 10:30 AM when I actually came in earlier and when the door was open she looked at me and told me that they opened at 10:45 AM but the way she did it almost felt so "I am better than you" type of attitude and then I believe her mother, who I don't know is the owner or not, came by and told me in a very nasty way they open at 10:45 AM. I left after that interaction very dissatisfied, but I won't bring my money over there with those nasty attitudes like they can do it to whoever they want for no real reason. If you are kind of looking to feel demeaned and belittled this restaurant is awesome for you Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chipot-lay an egg should be the name of this place. Unbelievably poor customer service and restaurant efficiency. I’ve been treated better at 2 AM at Taco Bell. I put in a large online order and 2 hours later it was still not ready. There were many groups ahead of us that had the same issue. Instead of being apologetic, the manager was condescending and treated my simple question like it was a presidential debate topic. What a shame. On top of all this fiasco, look at these bowls we were served. This franchise destroys the reputation of a great company. Go anywhere else. It’s worth the drive. My god the 3 visits to this location have been consistently bad as a customer. Really hoping something changes! The reviews do not lie, the store is always filthy, the store is slow and it never seems like an “adult” is on staff. Clearly a leadership issue here and lack of above store influence. Coming from the restaurant industry, I would’ve lost my job the instant my restaurant ever looked this way or had such abysmal reviews. Let’s hope the new store in castle rock is better, otherwise Lone Tree is always spot on. Fast, consistently fresh, seems like a tenured crew, and clean. A table touch goes a long way! Edit: this cannot be blamed on being understaffed. With 6+ on shift during a slow period with maybe 2-3 customers in the span of 25ish minutes, not once did anyone check the dining room. Kids talked behind the line and joked, interrupted customers… quite truly the biggest DISASTER of an operation. Large brands have brand standards for a reason… not meeting these standards can kill consumer trust.
