We needed to pick up a quick dinner after a busy day and Chipotle is typically our go to some something reasonably healthy. Over the past year or so both their service and quality of food has dropped off a cliff. So much so that when we made it home and opened our burrito bowls we found all of the chicken to be raw. The location wouldn’t answer their phone and their corporate “customer service” are bots that offered us two free food vouchers. The line server was being trained and I appreciated seeing the trainer teach her how to PROPERLY scoop the meat for a normal and double serving. The employees we interacted with today were friendly and gave more of items when asked. She filled my queso container to the top, and gave me lots of toppings! They were also properly staffed and had every item cooked and available. Very happy with my experience today.

Fast service and the food is of the typical Chipotle quality. Very clean space as well. No hot water in the bathroom is my only complaint.

Just got an order of crispy tacos. I don't write reviews, but this was really bad. It has a small teasponful of meat. The shells were only 1/4 full of the other toppings. Avoid! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just want to give Gabe and Jacob a shoutout. Absolutely wonderful service, I hate coming in so late especially during close to the closing hour. I’ve always felt guilty going in but Jacob and Gabe smiled the whole time during my service. I come here all the time and usually it is great. Until today this worker gave me small pieces of chicken that was like a fourth scoop and he was laughing while doing it. I don’t know what he had against just thought I would give feedback because I got barely any chicken or other items while he was making my bowl. Not worth it today but still a great location. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

What a nightmare of an experience. The workers don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in for a few minutes, then when they do it’s in an extremely rude manner. I asked for a burrito and the young lady rolled her eyes, I thought I was just seeing things until my friend said she did the same to her. I let it go since I understood she was maybe just frustrated. She didn’t greet a man who walked in and instead said to her associate “just help him since People won’t stop coming in.” Very unwelcoming atmosphere. She then was rude the entire time taking my friend and I’s order, and rolled my burrito in the most ridiculous way ever. I couldn’t even eat it, it spilled ALL over my shorts and shirt. It’s understandable to want to go home, I work in the food industry too, but that behavior was just awful. The food was fine, but they need retraining badly. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was SO HUNGRY and this burrito bowl was SO GOOD. Literally hit the spot. Tasted so fresh, and I felt like I was eating healthy and clean. Guacamole tasted fresh and oh so good. Service was quick here. Chipotle seemed to be doing a lot of online/mobile orders and was still sure to fit us in quickly!

I'm done with Chipotle, there are enough options to fill their space. Last meal was a disaster. Due to Covid, we did carry out. Got home to find that my son's order was almost completely wrong. He ordered soft tacos, they gave him hard shells. He asked for Queso, they gave him none. We had soft shells at home, and found that the amount of food they gave him in 3 hard shells was enough to fill ONE soft shell. My wife's and my bowls were cold, not warm, literally cold. We warmed them up in the microwave to make the most of it. I called and spoke to the manager and asked for a refund on my son's meal (since it was wrong), I didn't ask for anything for the others. I had the order #, but they wanted the name on the order -- an order number isn't the best way to ensure you don't refund the wrong order??? You'll be shocked to learn that they never issued the refund. It wasn't a big refund, it's the principle. But apparently it was more than our previous and future business is worth to them. Attached are pictures of the sticker that shows what we ordered vs what we got and how little food was included. Save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else.
