Didn’t experience any of the issues that were mentioned. The only issue I experienced is that they were out of chicken not really big deal and since I requested it, the worker offered to comp the queso. My guess is a lot of the issues are with online orders or drive-through orders. Generally when I get these these are less or the quality is not as good just park and go and it’s truly not that much time. First time at a Chipolte.. I want not impressed. It has nothing to do with the food, but the workers. They don't speak loud or clear so I had to keep asking them what they were saying. Every time I told them the amount I wanted and how to make my burrito, they just scooped the food and dumped it on the wrap with no method or consideration. I was positive and tried some small talk and in return I received blank stares and confusion. My overloaded burrito was a mess and not enjoyable to eat. I had to open my burrito and rearrange my food so that I wouldn't get just a bite of sour cream or just peppers. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Ok, so it's a chain, so I expect it to be typical. What I don't like is the cleanliness of the place is usually not good it always like they got hit buy a rush of people and don't have time to clean up, the staff is ok depending on how the customers treat them past couple of time othe customers treat them like dog $%*@ and they struggle to stay positive. But it's not too bad the prices seem high for what you get but it's just my opinion right!
