When I go in the empolyees are friendly enough But when I order for pickup I often get half portions and missing ingredients and it looks like this when I open the lid immediately. I've had this happen more than a few times before and its just not worth going back to this location for me. Update: 10/9/23 — They are garbage. I literally cannot believe what I witnessed. 15 people come in, turned down b/c they only accept mobile orders. Mind you mine was delivery, it came & there was ONE scoop of rice & ONE scoop of chicken. Went back to the store & saw the herd of people ordering their food on their phones after I came in about my order. So sad to think this is the closest to me. *************************************** September: This place usually is my go-to for Chipotle, but being that I got my order & it was cold COLD with barely anything in my bowl. I know I ordered a few items as my option but there’s barely any meat. Barely any sauce either but a TON of sour cream, lol. Idk man, Chipotle was the vibe until I got my ice cold (kid you not) food. Only reason I give it a 3 is because it’s hit or miss here. They either get your order perfect & full - or an order w/ barely any meat. I live across the way, never should it be ice cold. I paid for delivery, not even gonna lie b/c it’s a cozy stay inside typa day. I wouldn’t mind paying the extra money today. I was more disappointed with the amount of food than the temp of it. Way too comfortable serving uncooked rice. I work in food service. i get that every once in awhile something is gonna slip through the cracks. But with this location its like a risk i have to mentally prep for because more often than not i WILL be getting uncooked rice. Its devastating to spend 10-15 dollars on something completely inedible. and i mean its almost every time i go. Please dear god just cook it all the way, even if it means you'll be out for awhile. Id rather be told i cant have what i want than be given it and it cant be eaten. When the food is good, its great. but this is ridiculous. I got a chicken burrito with black beans. There was so much liquid in the black beans that it turned my bowl into soup. It was disgusting. They should have been aware. I ordered online but the self pickup still requires me to wait to be helped because the shelves are located behind the counter. Because the walk in like was long picking up my order too longer than it could have been if the self pickup was truly self pickup. I did Doordash on Friday since I was getting over a fever. It took about 20 mins to receive my food which I thought Doordash did well. Other than that, the steak burrito I received was cold! A bit confused. It almost felt as if the burrito was refrigerated. Half of the tortilla was super soggy & ripped. Steak was more mushy, barely charred so throughout the whole time, I keep questioning if it was another type of meat. This is the worst experienced I had at this location. Pretty disappointed. This location is a joke. Nobody wants to work here and poor management. Lines are always long and deliveries often go undelivered because even the driver's don't want to put up with their b.s. Their service is horrible and getting worse which I didn't think was possible. Go to the location in Edina if you want your food made correctly and this century. Service Take out

Ordered after 9pm on Saturday 1/6/24. 1. Ordered two things of chips and guac via mobile order. I’m guessing they were out of guac and just gave us queso instead without telling us. I’m lactose intolerant. 2. Charged extra for guac on the bowls and there wasn’t any guac there either. Not told when I picked it up and still charged for it. Didn’t try it because it looked like there was queso there too. 3. Went to go back. Even though it says online that they are open until 11pm, they were closed at 10pm. 4. I have came to the France location twice around 7pm now within a week and both times the brown rice wasn’t cooked throughly. It was hard. Both me and my boyfriend had got the same rice. Store wasn’t stocked up . No chicken or napkins. Staff cursing at each other. A man was standing by the food in the bad where online orders are made (by the grill) shaking his hair everywhere. Store takes complete advantage of mobile orders, regularly and without fail, from under filling orders when there’s no customer watching to making a huge mess of taco orders and poorly wrapping burritos. I recommend ordering in store where you can correct carelessness and they are less likely to under portion and make a slop in front of you. Absolutely disgraceful service.
