I ordered through Uber Eats and my food was Ice cold! I received an Uber gift card from a family member because I have a family member in the hospital and wanted some food delivered. Went into this store a few times recently. The customer service is deplorable. The most recent experience the store was filthy. You could look back and the working area was not cleaned, staff were goofing around in the back, the prison who prepared my food slapped the food from the pan into the bowl with disproportional portions of the ingredients, he didn't take the time to drain some of the fresh items before putting them into the bowl either. He completed it and just slide the bowl to the end of the counter to pay, yet, no one came to accept the payment. I waited a couple minutes, could plainly see about 4 other staff waking around, yet no one assisted. So I left. This behavior is typical and it's obvious there are no enforced standards of quality, within this establishment, set forth or monitored by leadership. If you eat at those store, you are likely to get sick due to the significant cleanliness issue. ***Let me preface this with the fact that I RARELY give negative reviews/complaints. I choose to focus on the positive.... And, most Chipotle's have been fine. ***THIS REVIEW is specifically for the location in BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA. We ordered two steak burritos. There was very little meat (and every other ingredient was minimal) on ours. It would be one thing if that's just how the employee made them for everyone; HOWEVER, every customer behind us had not only a FULL size burrito, there was a VERY NOTICEABLE difference in the amount of all ingredients. I definitely DON'T want to think that it was a race issue, but we are white and everyone behind us was not. I even asked for extra rice and was given about a half spoonful of it. The speed was very slow as well. There was one person behind the counter and at least 4 others walking around the back area, wiping/cleaning the counters (oblivious to the line of customers and meals lined up on the counter) while the burritos/bowls were waiting for a 2nd person to finish the order and a 3rd person to run the cash register. So, everything was COLD by the time that we ate. Even when I asked for extra rice, the young man seemed to have an attitude and looked irritated that I asked. My first few bites were mostly excess tortilla wrap (because it was so skimpy). And, half of it had no meat - the little that it had was on just one half. This is NOT the first time that we had less than acceptable service and food at that location. Like I said, I rarely write negative reviews. It takes A LOT for me to let things bother me. ***To the BROOKLYN CENTER. MN Franchise Owner/Manager - PLEASE take this seriously. I have an MBA, have management experience, HR experience and also led many diversity initiatives at former employers... your staff needs proper training and/or new staff should be hired. Look at other reviews... I'm not the only one with concerns. And, look at any of my other reviews... this is the ONLY negative one. The food is simply not very good. You expect a consistency in the product from location to another. Sadly, this is not the case. I didn't enjoy the food at all. Normally when I order Chipotle the food is amazing proportions are awesome never had a problem so I order Chipotle through doordash as I'm at work it cost me $30 for a steak burrito bowl extra add-ons would be guacamole and half order extra steak the delivery was free I had given the door Dasher a $4.11 tip to round everything to a even number I have a number to call on my office door that the door Dasher did not call however he set my food on the extremely cold concrete took a picture of my food sitting right outside my door and texted it to me now normally with the door being locked that would be on me however I know he seen me walking right up to the door just chose to very swiftly get back into his car and sped away and I mean sped away way faster than you needed to go in a parking lot so I grab my food and it is cold no you're not going to want to heat it up when you have lettuce on it it's not like you can pick it out and it just looks like mush tastes like mush with spice so I spent $30 to have cold spicy mush delivered to me very disappointing extremely disappointing not to mention that I had a gift card that had a little over $7 available on it that I wasn't even able to use when ordering through their website I will not be going through doordash anymore and I will not be ordering from this Chipotle anymore Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Meat and Other

Went to go grab a burrito and bowl at around 7:30pm. The wait was long. I was not the only one complaining in the line. The music was inappropriate. Employees were not organized, the trash bins were full and soda vendor machines had straws all over it. Nobody clean or wiped tables down. I saw 7 employees while I was there. Maybe they need more training because my customer service was not pleasant at all. I wasn't even greeted. I will not be going to this location again for chipotle.

The food at this Chipotle was up to par with the rest of the Chipotles. The service was lacking any management and they showed they could care less. Multiple employees on the line making my food had suckers in their mouth. The area by the drinks was broken down already and it wasn't even 8:00. I think I would pass next time on this one. Never order online from here, they'll get it wrong everytime. I've ordered about 3 times here via online and each time they got the order wrong. The final time they got every single thing wrong, the meat, the rice, everything! Service Take out Service: 1

It's a fine place to eat, it's just a bit ghetto. Finding the lot can be a pain, an make sure you lock your car door.
