Chokdee is pretty near Nelson Provincial Museum. Taste perfectly cooked chicken stir-fry, beef noodles and kare-kare that are served at this restaurant. Tasting good mango sticky rice, mango dessert and ice cream is what most guests recommend. Visitors don't like beer at Chokdee. Always a fantastic experience. Fast service. I don't often like dining out but here it's very comfortable. I'm not a fan of noise and I find this restaurant quite pleasant. Reasonably priced. The staff are always so nice and beautifully presented, i must say! The portions are very generous too so you might need a doggy bag. The Red Curry is my absolute favorite and oh my the shrimp toast is good! Is a beautiful, charming restaurant with delicious Thai food and drinks. I definitely recommend it for dinner or lunch. The service was very nice and friendly. Food to die for. Lovely Thai meals. You get good portions in fact we didn't finish the main course. Before we leave Nelson we will be going back for dinner. If you get a chance this place is a must and is easy to find. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely meal.. Well cooked with just the right amount of spice for me.. Good price great service. Tonight we had the Duck Roti as a starter, was beautiful, highly recommend you try them. Also prawn and cream cheese dumplings, off the specials menu. Chicken and pineapple as well as cashew stir fry with chicken. All fantastically cooked and beautifully presented.

Great foods and pretty decent service. The let down was when we're barely finished with our meal, the server approached us and started busing our plates. Don't want to be rude so we let her be. We felt rushed. Wanted to order desert but we changed our mind.

Dined in at the restaurant, my partner is a coeliac and had a gluten-free Pad Thai. I got myself the Duck Roti (highly recommend, can easily feed two), and a chicken Pad Thai. The staff were amazing and very friendly, service was very good and food came out fast. Would definitely dine there again. One of my favorites in Nelson. Ask for the vegan menu and they will bring you a list of the meals they can make vegan. My favorite is the Phad Puck Satay with tofu and veggies the vegan Phad Thai is great too. The employees are very sweet people. I always enjoy my time.
