Perfectly cooked ribs, filet mignon and tuna are among the dishes to be tasted at this bar. Do not go away without eating good sundaes, pancakes and bread pudding. The wine list is diverse, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. Among the drinks, there is great cappuccino. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to experience cool service, you should visit Chopps American Bar and Grill. Many reviewers find that the dishes are offered for adequate prices. I stay at this hotel every other month for a week. I don’t know when the ownership or chef changed, but the food is delicious! I actually look forward to returning to the hotel after long work days since I know I can order yummy food from Chopps. The ribeye steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I’m not a big fan of mashed potatoes but these were so creamy! The scallops with lobster ravioli is another favorite of mine! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

With steak house classics and Italian favorites, Chopps in Burlington is a Modern, relaxed, Italian style steakhouse. We sampled the packed charcuterie board the chicken pesto pizza and must get baseball sized arancini The tender steaks like the filet are the stars but my Salmon Papillote presentation was a head turner And the Carrot cake and flourless chocolate cake end the night. The place is really nice and the ambiance is really relaxed, seems like a good spot to have a drink. I got the food to go, so I did not take pictures since that is not their best presentation. I got their fried squid and anion rings. I chose the squid because I saw a table with it and the portion was big (for an appetizers) and it looked good. The order took a very long time and the squid was a little warm when I got to my room, the onion rings were very disappointing, the to-go box portion was small and the onion rings were not fully cooked, doughy and a lot of batter. Would not recommend at all. If you have different options take them, if you are in the hotel like I was and can't go out. Avoid the onionrings and eat it there, maybe your food will come with the condiments that you are supposed to gey, and you don't have to make trips down to the restaurant. Fixed menu for NYE was very good. It was not very busy and service was extremely slow. I had to speak to the manger twice. I will being going back to give it a second chance because the manger not only gave us a free round but also a free bottle of champagne! I loved this place in 2019! It was a great breakfast with eggs cooked to order, omelets and etc. Now it is a self serve grab and go or eat there place. While the selection is okay either scrambled eggs and bacon, it is not a full service breakfast. Cost was $13. Kitchen and dinning is under renovations until further notice.

We had a party of 10 on New Year’s Eve, it started off with a 16.00 dollar martini that was half filled. I complained to the waitress and she just shrugged it off. Our reservations were at 6:15 we didn’t get our appetizers until 7:30 and two appetizers were not even there, so we waited longer. Our dinner order was finally taken and that came out at 8:45. I ordered pizza it came out burnt, to end my review I left Chopps hungry and disappointed. The manager never once came over to ask how we were. sat at the bar , waited ten minutes before the bar tender took our drink order . then I ordered a side salad . Got a different salad then what I expected. the bartender was extremely rude and tried telling me they didn’t have what i wanted even though that is what i got there last time . the manager came over and the bartender then tried saying he never told me that he never said that . the manger agreed the bartender was not acting properly .. the bartender then started to yell at me and tell me off … I was astounded how they allow this man to be behind the bar without being able to control his anger and attitude!
