What makes CHURCH’S CHICKEN so special and unique in comparison with others?:
1. Great customer service.
2. Food was amazing.
3. Free parking lots right on front of the facility.
4. Actually this Church’s was pretty quick to serve, I was shocked how fast was so for their crew today Tuesday December 19th 2023 I give them A+.
5. Friendly service and they are always happy to serve.
6. Nice environment.
7. Cozy place.
8. Perfect place for everyone.
9. Wheelchair access… With some help it can be available.

It's really good! But is mostly crowded at lunch time. Really hard to be on time to work if its The case. Otherwise, is worth the wait. Since it has so much costumers traffic, the food is always fresh and practically made at your very arrival. Which is very good indeed.
Very slow for a Breakfast Drive-thru. They didn't give me napkins, and they labeled a sausage breakfast burrito as a bacon one, and viceversa.

Stereotypical Puertorican Church's... 26 minutes to take my order over the drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. The staff's attitude was rude and defiant.
No acostumbro comer en Church's. Decidí pasar por la ventanilla (servi-carro) ya que se me antojaban los "corn nuggets" que vi por TV. No sé si el comercial fue lo suficientemente claro ó no. El asunto es que yo quedé decepcionado. Pensé que me iban a dar unos nuggets de pollo, apanados con maiz. Pero, lo que me dieron fueron "nuggets" hechos de granos de maiz entero, apanados como nuggets regulares...
El sabor no es nada espectacular ni grandioso.
¡Ya no regresaré a Church's!

I don't usually eat at Church's.
I decided to go through the window (drive-thru) service, since I was craving the "corn nuggets" that I saw on TV.
I don't know if the commercial was clear enough or not. The point is, that I was disappointed. I thought they were going to serve me some chicken nuggets, breaded with corn. But, what they gave me were "nuggets" made from whole kernel corn, breaded like regular nuggets...
The taste is nothing spectacular or great.
I won't be going back to Church's anymore!
I love the food and the way they treat the customers But the service is too slow. They take too long. For example sometimes I just go for a Nutella frappe, I wait by the window I see them preparing the food for the drivers behind me and have to wait until one of them decide to prepare my frappe.
The system doesn't allow me to give them "no star" ranking that they deserve. Worst Church's Fried Chicken restaurant I have ever been. Slow service and cold food. Next time, I will walk a couple of more steps, you can find a Subway restaurant very close.
