An excellent Cici's experience! The restaurant was VERY clean, the buffet was kept well stocked with fresh food, and even the area to stack your plates was cleared many times while we were there. I love going to Cicis Pizza at League City. This time the pizza was very well cooked and the buffet was constantly getting filled with new pizzas. Salad bar was replenished accordingly. They are under construction, but that did not inhibit them in making a good atmosphere and working around it. Drove my family about 20 minutes to get to this location (this is the closest CiCi's to us) and when we arrived (8:30 pm) there was a paper on the door saying they were closing early at 9 pm (Online it stated they close at 10 pm). I understand closing early, but what I don't understand is why the doors were locked at 8:30 pm. There was an employee who saw me at the door, and I knocked to ask why the door was locked so early and if we could place an order to take a pizza home since it wasnt even 9 pm yet, and no joke, this kid looks at me and then turns around and gets on his phone and ignores me knocking. The employees don't seem to value the people who patron the establishment and give them business so they can all have jobs. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. Driving 20 minutes to find locked doors at 8:30 pm, despite the posted closing time of 10 pm, is unacceptable. Clear communication about early closures and proper training for staff interaction should be priorities. They could have updated the hours online to reflect the early closure so people wouldn't waste their time or gas to drive to this location. They could also train their employees on how to better interact with customers. The employee's attitude and demeanor is inexcusable. As a result of this experience, we won't be returning to this location, and it's disheartening to see such disregard for those who support your business. Shame. Service: 1

Pizza line had very little pizza... Alfredo, Alfredo with spinach, pepperoni alfredo, and the flatbread, but only about half a pan at a time. Pizza was undercooked in the center. Cinnamon rolls were raw in the center. Don't know what happened. All my prior visits were good as this was the gold standard for high quality and selection, but this last visit was very disappointing. Fix your ovens, run both of them simultaneously, you don't need two people taking orders, one will suffice, use your staff to make food. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean location , even in the bathroom. The pizza was typical, but still good. Salad bar and the fixings were definitely fresh. Nice crispy lettuce! And the 1000 island dressing wasn't flooded with pickle flavor like at a different ,popular buffet . The only thing missing was the "taco pizza" , which is my favorite. Wish salad bar had more options i.e mushroom, pineapple. It is a decent place overall/it is not Papa Johns, but do you really expect that at a pizza buffet? Desserts are fun and sugary--wink, wink. Everything is disgusting. Stale pizza, chewy overcooked noodles, cinnamon rolls weren't fully cooked, brownies... idk how you can even call them that. Absolutely terrible and I'm not sure why I liked this as a kid. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've always liked Cici's and seen this location near Walmart so we went. This was probably the cleanest and neatest store I've been to. An employee picks up the dirties, they don't have trashcans for the food or plates which was cool, keeps the store front cleaner, never seen that at another cici's. Their cold bar was fresh, the pasta too. Soda fountain space was clean,, no sticky soda in sight. The pizza was fresh for the most part ( we went a little after the lunch rush so some pizzas were older) the ones I liked were old. The BBQ one and the cinnamon rolls were crunchy and over done so I didn't have any and they'd just put them out sooo someone wasn't watching them. Nothing really special so 4 stars for a usual visit at a pizza buffet.
