What can one say? Cinnabon is a franchise and operates like all others; serving up sugary treats and menu options that should be consumed sporadically.

Here from California the girl man looking like , instantly started giving attitude and threw water at us … they charge for water ? Lol then she demanded we pay in cash guessing she was making a profit . Then she yelled at me go back to your country . The manager didn’t seem to care when I told him

Felt the need to leave a review. This location is very sad (jersey gardens mall). From the staff to the food. You ask them a question they stare at you as if they don’t hear you. I waited over 30 minutes for a pecan Cinnabon to just watch them top the old ones that was sitting there for the same half an hour with the pecan toppings. They took the fresh ones out in my face and literally dressed the old ones up as if they was fresh, this stuff is very expensive and if the customer wants a fresh Cinnabon we should get what we want and not anything old. It’s always nasty energy at this location!!! Please close down and get a real store

I placed an order from here yesterday. I spent a decent chunk of change. I got a delivery of ice cream from God Knows Where. I called the store MULTIPLE times, no one answered! I kept trying all day nadda!!! I contacted the corporate offices, I'm done. Waiting to hear from them. I also contacted door dash. They tried to help remedy the situation, to no avail. DO NOT ORDER from here!! It' s a joke, you can't get in touch with anyone, and will be out hard earned cash. What a load of you know what, having to deal with this.....

low quality in this location. it's not tasty. If you know what I mean. Fresh cinnamon rolls must be amazing. But not at this place unfortunately

Absolutely Love this location on Tuesday they have a promo for 10.00 4 pack or 6 pack, the cinnabons were fresh and the pack came with extra cream and all! Customer service was amazing 👏 one of the best locations.
