Went there for 1 Cinnabon, it was 730 they close at 8. The lady in the back told the cashier they were done for the night. They ran out of regular Cinnabons. I asked her how much were the minis were she told me 4.76. 2 dollars less than the regular price. JUST FOR ONE MINI! I CALLED BACK to make sure that was the price, when I asked her why she hung up on me. They are so rude there wouldn't recommend it to a homeless fish. Cinnabon really needs to fire an retrain thier staff. They Suck!

i ordered 3 mini cinnabons, and while i was paying an employee put my food in the bag. when i got home, i saw that there was only 1 cinnabon in the bag and i had been charged for 3. disorganized.

Went to buy a 4 pack, but they said they ran out of 4 pack boxes, so if I bought 4, I'd have to pay for 4 individuals, which is $8 more. Very disorganized.

Horrible management screw Nick,Jazmine, and Faye for yall horrible management.This store needs a whole new management The store has a mouse infestation. Butter is left out, frosting comes from a box, packs are not fresh!!!

The packs are always old, they keep their butter that is put on the rolls out Springfield mall has an mouse infestation, and they don’t make the packs fresh like they say they do, the owner Nick is a horrible store owner who treat her employees like slaves.
