The Asian gentlemen that works there is extremely rude. Lines back up because he can never get anything right. And God forbid if he is wrong because he is just going to blame the customer anyhow. He embarrassed me by stating that he works with numbers all day and is never wrong, that it is I whom is wrong. I could have returned the favor by shouting I have a degree in Mathematica and Science, but did not. This is the second rude encounter from him and I have had it. Someone should speak to him. If he is that shaky around customers then maybe he should find employment elsewhere. Something his own pace. The next time I will be sure to record any and everything if I have to encounter this rude individual again. I do not appreciate being ridiculed in front of others when I am not in the wrong.
I am a African American person who lives in the immediate area. I frequent this gas station/ circle k. I am a student at cal state university studying behavioral psychology. When ever I go into the store with my debit card I am told that I can only get $40 cash back 2/4/2019 7:50am. I understand your policy and noticed that the highest amount is $40 on the card scanner, but I am also told that later in the day I can not use my card again to get cash back at all. I feel the woman with the blond hair that is on shift on the date and time expressed above in this email is predjudice. I have stood there many times an d watched this young lady treat only black individuals with sarcasm and foul remarks. She has discriminatory ways against black customers which make up 40% of the population in the area and who frequent your store on perris and Ramona. I have noticed she only does this to the African American people. In my case I know that I can come back later in the day and draw off more money from my card, which is my money on my debit card that I worked hard for to spend at your store. I buy gas and other items within the the circle k merchandise. I know you probably think that I am over exaggerating about her behavior with the African American customers, but I have witnessed this several times, and also have otger witnesses that I have heard stories about your employee from family members and friends. I urge you to please look into this, and do something about the problem within. You are losing customers because of this employees microaggressions, and her stereotyping of the Honest hard working African American customer. I am currently looking into starting a discrimination lawsuit against this location, but I wanted to inform you first to see if some action will be taken toward this employee.

As I can see in the comments this is a reoccurring problem that people are charged more then the prices posted and the cashier was definitely rude. Couldn’t tell if it was a guy or chick but definitely has an attitude. No wonder this stores rating is so terrible.
i will not be visting this gas station as i only pumped $15 and charged me for $30 this is unacceptable how are they going to take more money out my card when i didnt pump that much careful guys check your card statements. i still havent gotten any refund ridiculous as this isnt only a fruad i will be letting consumer of affair know whats going on. first there employee vanessa tells me one thing and then the assistant manager tells me another.
Be careful, the shelf says one price and it rings up as another at the register. They also need more staff. Long lines with one person working the register.
