I would give this place 0 stars if that were possible. I am staying at the hotel across the street with 3 children. I called to order a cheese pizza and was told they were too short staffed to make it, but I could purchase 2 slices for $6.99. A large pizza costs $8.99. I walked over to the store during a snow storm to get food. One employee suggests I get enough slices to make a whole pizza and tells me that I can get it for $8.99. The other employee, who is making pizza while talking to me, tells me no. I have to pay $6.99 per 2 slices. Making a pizza that would normally cost $8.99 cost $28. All because they are to short staffed to make pizza (as she is making pizza). She then proceeds to talk to her coworker about how she doesn't have time for/isn't doing things. Shame on you Circle K

This is a great store most of the time! I'd love to recognize a few great employees there without mentioning names. They keep it clean efficient and friendly. Others however make up their own procedures. Most times I can go in and get great food no matter what it is any time of the day excluding over night of course. But today an employee avoided a food sale for a sandwich because it was before ten am. Sad some are willing to go the extra mile and others although making day food will deny you for lack of wanting to pull out a few items they are not working with. I enjoy most of you but am sorry others ruin your good intentions. Just my two cents

I LOVE this store, but I wasn't impressed with the cashier tonight. Andrew? He has glasses on. He tried to step outside for a break Im guessing, and a couple customers came inside at the same time. He rolled his eyes and went back behind the counter. When it was my turn to cash out, he didn't great me or say goodbye, which I had initiated towards him. Just not impressed. Check your attitude dude. This is a great store with great people.

Every time I go in this dang place, Sherri is always away from the cash register,,, gossiping with the other coworkers.... And I'm standing there like a dummy for minutes on end...it's ridiculous.... Not to mention she's rude... Looks like circle k is scraping the bottom of the barrel with this one 🙄

Amazing store the Rumford staff are amazing. The girls are always good to talk to if you need a laugh or your day is bad. The manager is amazing. I wish she was mine. I just love the store.

I went to circle k as i always do in Rumford . My 18 year old daughter was out pumping the gas i prepaid as i always do inside as soon as i walked in. then my daughter and i continued to shop for food and stuff for out trip. We got up to the line to pay and witness an employee reprimanding another employee right in front of every one and he wasn't being nice at all. all of a sudden my other daughter runs in and asked how much i prepaid and i told her 10.00 well the pump never stopped and it got up to 45.00. i came back in and asked the guy who rang me up if i prepaid the pumps do not stop? He said rudely no they dont. i paid the 45.00 and went out side and witnessed every one who prepaid after me there pump stopped. I went back in and asked why he lied to me and he said he was so busy he held off setting the pump because he got everyone all screwed up. He then turned to me and said i was getting violent every on in line told me not to pay but i did. And on my way out i heard him tell another employee they had another drive off and it was his mistake because he got all the pumps screwed up.

Always fast, always has what I want. Pizza is cheap and there is a huge variety of snacks.

Great store but the employees that work for the company are treated like trash on the side of the street it's pretty bad working for a company for 13 years an only making minumum wage

We go here literally every morning. It's a typical convenience store, good friendly staff that likes to laugh.
