To Alyssa the cashier at the circle K tonight… it was not acceptable for you to tell me that it was ok to charge me for a vitamin water (which was $2.49) when I bought a .99 cent slushy. And then act annoyed when I came back in to correct the situation. Your customer service and math skills are lacking. Also if your self check out can’t recognize an item then maybe you all should not be using those in your locations.

Depending on time of day, this station can get very crowded and sometimes you may wait awhile in line. They have recently added a self checkout. Most employees are pleasant, a few not so much.

I upset the cashier by choosing to not use self checkout. And he made it very clear that it upset him when he said aloud, “And no one can listen anymore” while I was waiting in line instead of checking myself out. Since he has said “Next person in line can use self checkout.” … Yeah, why have a cashier if they don’t want to be bother by the next person in line.

This location never has any iced tea made. As a non pop drinker, it's disappointing to go inside for iced tea only to find out, they were too lazy to make any. Too busy standing around talking.

The gas dispenser thing didn't stop automatically and spilled gas on the ground which is really nice considering the price of gas nowadays. (Pump 8). Otherwise this is a nice location with decent prices but if you have to pay for gas that spills onto the ground then of course that adds to the price.

This is the third time I've tried to go to this Circle K in the last 3 months. I tried to get gas one morning at 4am - Closed. I tried to get a snack on my way home from work at midnight - Closed. I tried to get gas one night at 2am on my way home from work - Closed. For something that advertises being open 24hrs, maybe they should be or just update your hours. Guess I'm heading to Sheetz from now on.

UPDATE: I was stupid enough to try this gas station two more times since leaving this last review. Once at 3pm, and then a week later, again at 1pm. Every single pump was shut down both times. Everyone seems to think that this place is a gas station, so far all I've seen is a roof with lights.
I seriously don't know why they advertise as a gas station, I've come here probably 5-7 times over the course of three months and every pump is shut down constantly with no explanation as to when they are open or why they're closed.

I've been visiting this location for five years now. Lately this location has been the last of mine to visit. Every morning was a great experience. Now just about every morning I go there they have long lines and never have any breakfast sandwiches. Usually clean. Staff can be friendly. Just seems to be going downhill.

"Bill" continued to complete his sudoku puzzle while I waited for him to finish so I pay for items. He then would not give me a receipt or a bag. I asked him for the number so that I could contact the manager and he refused. He told me "if I didn't like it, I should go to another store".
To be disrespected as such, when I am paying my money I could definitely go to another store is upsetting.

The staff there is pretty good. Mario, Amanda, Jeremy and Amber are all great! The only issue that I have is the car wash. I bought a $10 Ultimate Wash, got home, and had to hand wash it again! Other than that, all good.
