Depending on time of day, this station can get very crowded and sometimes you may wait awhile in line. They have recently added a self checkout. Most employees are pleasant, a few not so much.
This location never has any iced tea made. As a non pop drinker, it's disappointing to go inside for iced tea only to find out, they were too lazy to make any. Too busy standing around talking.
To Alyssa the cashier at the circle K tonight… it was not acceptable for you to tell me that it was ok to charge me for a vitamin water (which was $2.49) when I bought a .99 cent slushy. And then act annoyed when I came back in to correct the situation. Your customer service and math skills are lacking. Also if your self check out can’t recognize an item then maybe you all should not be using those in your locations.
I upset the cashier by choosing to not use self checkout. And he made it very clear that it upset him when he said aloud, “And no one can listen anymore” while I was waiting in line instead of checking myself out. Since he has said “Next person in line can use self checkout.” … Yeah, why have a cashier if they don’t want to be bother by the next person in line.
I find that they are closed most early mornings due to "short staffing." However when they are closed there always seem to be staff there, it's very frustrating.
Management is horrible, cleanliness is poor, customer service is non existent and gas is almost always out due to poor ordering. Shocking that this place is in Hudson honestly. Sticks out like a poorly functioning sore thumb.
