To whom it may concern if you are going to be asking people to remove their mask to be Identified inside your stores you should be taking temperatures of all customers and employees before they are allowed to enter I was asked to remove my mask inside one of your stores due to policy if I get sick because of your store policy I will hold you and your shareholders/ franchise personally responsible.

So apparently you have to give them a verbal age verification even after the cashier has your Government issued ID in possession to purchase beer. I’ll be calling corporate for verification. Harassment or just following the rules ? I followed up with corporate and this store is under( DM ) district manager, CUB program. They are supposed to ask,” are you over the age of 21?” Before they take your ID, not after. Seems they need some training at this location as customers could take this as harassment.
I recently stopped by this Circle K to get directions the young man working there was very helpful and polite I believe his name was Gavin I picked up some snacks for the road and I noticed how clean the store was I was impressed by the way the whole store looked I wish all your locations were as clean and friendly and
Bad Customer Service, most of the women are very rude. You ask any questions about items, they give you a short and snyde. All the good reviews are from all the Farmers and truck school guys that come in all the time.
As of late the Costa Rican or columbiCo coffee is our and half& half is also out. The coffee counter is always dirty.lots of spulled coffee and sweetbers packets. I hate that they moved the milk products to the back of the store coolers. The floors look dirty as do the fuel islands. ugh! Never have fresh window washer water. I find most of the clerk can't smile and say hello. They have scowls on their faces, not pleasant..
There new manager Lindsey is awesome. I recommend going there. And to all that say their bad customer service, you're just flat out rude to them and have no common sense when you go to purchase whatever that is you're getting. That is all.
Didn't have the coffee I ask for .I ask for favor coffee. Like .hezalnut or cinnamon favor..the lady told me that they don't make that favor at that time of the day ..how hard is it to make a Pot of favor coffee..I won't be going to that circle K store nomore.
