It was a good experience good prices but, the lady at the register didn’t even ask if I was a rewards member. She then proceeded too put in her own phone number for rewards.
I have been using the Circle K for the past two years. They’re always out of some thing they’re supposed to be 24 hours and they close as they please if a employee does not show up wouldn’t advise this place it is going under their business is trash.
The "new" manager at this location is anything but service-minded. I stopped to to gas up as I had done for years and was virtually reprimanded for wanting to pay for gas and other items after filling up (as I had done for years at this location). This station is in peaceful Crystal Lake. The manager was downright irate with me and literally, just kept reminding me that she was the MANAGER, rather than hearing me out. It was totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
Given the attitude of management here, as well as the policy of pre-pay at Circle K. I'm out. I will get my gas at the Mobil down the street, where they are truly friendly, service-minded and do not reprimand their customers for paying AFTER filling up and gathering things like food, beverages, washer fluid, car washes, propane, etc.
Update, management has definitely made some changes. I went back, and my experience at this Circle K has improved.

I was just in there and Sean was so helpful. It's 10:00 at night and during this whole virus situation he was able to help me out. I wish more gas stations would have more employees like him.
My whole family has been going here for years and the staff is great ,the coffie is awsome ! Keep up the great work , I will always come in for that fresh coffie every morning!
