Employees were very nice and helpful but the satellite pumps at the truck pumps were not working. None of them. (I did inform one employee). We ended up having back up and turn around to be able to pump gas into the other side of our truck. Then we had to back up again to turn around to leave out the proper exit. Luckily, truck parking was empty where we could do this. This situation was not only inconvenient but it’s not safe for anyone. Please fix this problem!

Nice and clean. Employees are helpful and stay on top of everything, even when they are at their busiest. This store is one of this chain's BEST!👍💯

I picked up a handful of these & took them to the counter. Store refused to sell me these for my daughter because “they were not for sale”. When I pointed out the box & price they then changed to they are free with a $10 purchase. Very disappointed

Everybody here is real respectful except for one dude that works there that thinks he's better than everyone anybody that has shopped there knows who he is he usually works in the evenings and night shift big boy half bald headed

Store signage Was wrong and the price obviously was different than when I got to the register and the assistant store manager said he can't do anything about the prices but if you go to any other Circle K that answer is a little different!

I called tonight because I needed an item that I couldn't find at any of the gas stations. I usually buy it at the Shell station on Beatline but they were closed. So I called all of the gas stations to see if they had the item I needed, and the boy who answered the phone at this Kangaroo Express refused to tell me if they sold it at their store. He said I would have to drive to the store (in the pouring rain) to see if they sold it there. Every other store answered my question and offered me other options, like professional people do. When the boy answered the phone he said his name was Joey. But when I asked for the number to corporate he told me his name was Joseph. He laid the phone down to ask another employee for the phone number and I could clearly hear him making derogatory comments about me. If it really is their policy to not answer anyone's inquiry over the phone, perhaps they don't need a phone at all. I'll never step foot back in this Kangaroo Express again. This employee was rude and obnoxious, and very unprofessional. It shows just how little they value their customers.

They are stealing people money off of their debit cards! Telling customers that their pins/zip codes are wrong, just so that they will swipe again. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT ASAP!! The manager was completely rude when confronted! I watched the cashier pull the same bs with everyone that came in there with a card!

I've been going to kangaroo express,now CIRCLE K for years. The store on hwy49 near 53 is my favorite one though. They always have a good selection of products and constantly new super deals of well loved and new items! The fountain drinks are always properly le eled out with carbonation & syrup. The machine for ice& drinks is spotless and cleaned properly. You can taste the difference, fresh bubly drinks and cold clean crushed ICE. (The good ice)The store is always clean.Bathrooms also. If by chance they get a rush through that creates disaster they are quick to get it back I'm order. My personal experience with each employee has been great. They are all very helpful and you are always greeted when u walk in. It's more than you expect from a gas station/convenient store. That is why it's the only place I stop for fuel and on the go items. Thank you CIRCLE K!!

The nastiest convenient store I've ever entered I just left there 2:50pm March 30. Not just the restroom but the entire store the line was so long that customers kept putting there stuff doen leaving. We enede up just deciding to wait until we get to another location for gas.

It is actually called circle k now, as most kangaroo express gas stations have been renamed. They are always at or below current gas prices, and have just about any food or drink items needed. Very clean and employees are always happy and thoughtful
