Come here for some rest after a long walk around Kampana Tower. If you have never tasted Mediterranean cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve good pizza, fish and mussels here. At Citadela, clients can drink good wine or good Spritz. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters offer great coffee. Musicians make live music in the evening. A lot of guests point out that the staff is nice at this place. You pay the location, the food is normal, prices alligned to all prices you find in Kotor's city center. We ate a risotto with asparagus and zucchini without salt (they forgot to put it), normal quality pasta with seafood and a pizza (probably the best of the dinner). The must it is the great location, you are on the city walls with a beautiful view on the port. Yellow light 🚦 Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–25 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Romantic place! In the evening best place to have relaxed night. Great view on city and marine. Best place to take photos. It is not crowded as tables are located with distance between. Waiter is polite. We did not have dinner here but saw that other people do. Prices are acceptable.

Amazing experience. The food was so good and the prices are average considering the attentiveness of the staff and the views. I say its even better for large groups as the menu had a lot of big items to share. Our waiter was super thoughtful and even brought each of us at the table seprate plates for prawn shells. The food was in general ok-ish. Unfortunately, one of us that asked for no meat in the salad, got a lot of ham. Also the cheese in the haloumi salad was not haloumi, just some warmed yellow cheese. We didn’t get the beer we ordered and it was of course put to the bill anyway. At the end, the waiter told us to pay a different price than there was on the bill. Also, you have to pay for a public toilet (1€) because the restaurant doesn’t have it’s own place. I do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Good atmosphere but terrible service. Waited 15min for the bill when in montenegro you should have it immediately as they usually leave it at the table. Went inside, asked for the bill again and the answer was: "yes but I had things to do". I was polite as always so I don't understand the rudeness in the answer. Great location awful service. We sat there for 20+ minutes, waving to waiter after waiter and even though a couple did acknowledge our presence, we were NEVER served... This was particularly frustration as people all around us (even ones seated after us!) were served just fine. I don't know if they cater more to locals or what but this was extremely frustrating and wholly unacceptable! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
