There was one young female staff. She didn't understand much English, so when I asked her what was in this bread, she couldn't exprain the bread and just pointed it by looking at the back and left. She dishonest attitude made me feel very bad, and I lost the desire to buy anything. Worst female of small eyes staff.

I bought the sponge cake on the 11th of March 2022 and discovered that there was mould on it, are they trying to poison people? They are still putting mouldy items out to sell. I will never come back to this store, don't trust this bakery!!

Nice girl at check out counter at Northcote branch, polite and greeting, so friendly store.
The bakery and cake also very nice. The best sciffon cake in New Zealand. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Friendly staff, needed a cake urgently and they accommodated. Taro sponge cake was delicious. Will be my go to for cakes from now on!

A chinese bakery with yummy breads, and has been on this premise for years. The lighting is quite dark, and the bread are similar to their other branches. Staff members are friendly.

Used to like this bakery from their old location, but their price just came up unrealistically I think. Way too expensive now. They need to reconsider their price.
