Beautiful home opened up for sand volleyball and special events. Such a pretty place, great for wedding photos and more intimate parties, I think the capacity is around 150. When the magnolias bloom it is a stunning display, on the historic register also. This was a prohibition house, and it's still a wonderful little speak easy where I have lots of fun memories!

Great place well maintained and kept up the owner is very friendly great volleyball leagues on Thursdays good fishing great place to have a reception for birthday party highly recommended

Volleyball leagues every Thursday from 5 to close. Other special events when scheduled and advertised. It is available to host special events such as benefits, weddings, reunions, parties, etc. The staff is great and will work with you to ensure that your event is a success. It is a historical building which was established in 1926 with lots to offer.

Love villa magnolia. Great events stage , sand volley ball courts, a wealth of interesting history in a beautiful river edge and wooded setting. Highly recommended.
