Best normal cafe in Ninh Binh. Very quiet. Maybe some think the other one by this pond is nicer, but that is a very fancypansy place, this is more normal. No way its open 24 hrs, thats bull, there are heaps of places that ticks of for this, its not true for any of them, evrything closes around 10 pm, however they tend to tick of evry box even if they dont understand what it says. Same as all the 15 $ hotels that ticks of "indoor pool". :-)

It was nice, they gave us tea while we waited for our coffee. The coffee with condensed milk was good and came quickly. The atmosphere is nice as well.
