We went here on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We usually pass by here when we go to my Aunt’s house in Silang so we finally decided to visit.
The cafe was really nice. There’s certainly an industrial vibe going on. I loved the high ceiling.
Their coffee tasted great too! We just had coffee and pastries, maybe next time we’ll try other food.
The staff was friendly and patient with us.
They allow pets too given that they are wearing diapers.
Parking was big too and they seem to have a drive thru.

I recently visited Coffee Builders and overall, it was a great experience. The interior of the cafe is impressive and adds a cozy and inviting atmosphere to the place. My wife and I tried their Tres Leches Coffee, as well as their Salted Chicken and Fish and Chips, and we were blown away by the amazing flavors.
The Tres Leches was simply delicious. The Salted Chicken and Fish and Chips were equally impressive, with perfectly seasoned flavors that satisfied our taste buds.
While the price of the coffee and food at Coffee Builders may be slightly expensive, we found that the quality and flavors of the dishes made it worth the cost. If you're looking for a special treat, it's definitely a place to consider.
Another great aspect of Coffee Builders is the spacious and free parking area, which is a rare find in many establishments.
In conclusion, Coffee Builders is a wonderful cafe with a beautiful interior, superb flavors in dishes like the Salted Chicken, and Fish and Chips. And their Tres Leches coffee was actually good. We passed by early morning from CALAX going to Dasmarinas and we decided to try it here at Coffee Builders on our way back. We were surprised to walk in on a lot of customers. We shared seats in the middle of the cafe. The design inside is nice and decorated with Halloween trimmings. We ordered coffee and shared a sandwich which were both good. They also have a drive-thru and an extended area adjacent to the cafe where customers can do karaoke and perform on stage while having food and drinks. They also have a parking lot outside. We will visit again soon.

The location is calm and cozy. I enjoyed their English Breakfast hot tea while eating nachos. The design of the place is unique. Parking area is big too in accommodating more customer. The staff are kind, and fast in attending to your request. The guard on duty is kind too. The price of the food is worth the taste and service.

The food has an aftertaste. I thought its just the smoked bacon but it is also the same taste for the tuna pasta. It miggt be the oil used or might be its just already a few days old in the display glass.
