Their regular coffee is single origin. But im always to nervous to ask where its from. Their espresso has that fermented flavor. But if it isnt fermented then I can only describe the flavor as a central coast flavor style. Its a complex espresso. Then I tried the spanish latte and it was alright. Nothing major. I would give this place a try if youre looking to find some central coast style flavors here in Norwalk.

Regular, hot, chai latte with oat milk.
Light chai flavor with something uniquely sweet about the overall flavor. Feels like a cozy holiday drink with oat milk added. I wish they had a size between regular and large. I finished my drink faster than expected.

I really want to like this place because the coffee is phenomenal and the in house pastries are great. After months of giving this place a shot though, I keep running into the same problem.
The baristas drag their feet. Like they're in pain when they're making your order. Even with an online order, it's rare when my order is ready to be picked up. And if you don't have an online order, good luck. You'll be stuck in a line that doesn't move for at least over ten minutes.
Anyways , the product is great. I recommend the place if you have an open schedule And nowhere to be. Amazing espresso , amazing cold brew, amazing pastries. However, If you're in a rush, this isn't your spot, because the baristas don't share your urgency.

Iced demerara oatmilk latte: has a layer of coarse sugar at thd bottom which added a unique texture to the drink. Will have again
Horchata latte: good, not my stuff though.
