Decided to have a quiet birthday with my partner, we got a couple of slices of cake and coffees. The girls at the counter caught on it was my birthday and added a candle to my cake and wrote happy birthday on my coffee. It truly made my day thank you so much! Nice area for tea break , very crowded and almost full house during peak hours , large and sufficient car park provided , Quality and quantity of foods and drinks are general normal standard , prices and cost of foods / drinks are little bit higher than other cafe shops . No special foods or manager recommendation provided . Counter services is okay , but table services is solely terrible and unbelivable . This cafe shop was managed by six beautiful girls during peak time , a lot of used and dirty food plates and cups were left on table for over 2 hours ( 2 cycles of customers) . Only a large special Cafe shop in this shopping area , so I have no other choice to go . Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went in for an afternoon coffee and a chai, and ended up having some cake to go with them. Absolutely gorgeous food as well as excellent hot drinks. Service was friendly and really happy, combined with professional efficiency. It would have to be the best Coffee Culture we've visited anywhere. Service Dine in Meal type Other

Come here often. Never again. Blueberry muffin dry crumbly and disgusting taste (usually a favourite). Coffee barely warm. Had to wait 20 minutes for service and not busy. Sat at previously used table. Soiled dishes removed but table not cleaned. Left half the muffin and most of the coffee. A special treat for myself - a disaster. Extremely disappointed in breakfast. Can't complain about the service as there isn't any. They are slow, uninterested. Half the avo was rotten. Asked where the extra toast was that we ordered told its coming. We left without receiving it. After we waited what felt like an extremely long time 3 other tables who ordered after us got there food and drink. Paying $4 for 2 small slices of bacon seems excessive considering everything was cold from the coffees to the food. Unsatisfied experience. Definitely won't be back. Lovely interior design with a nice kids play area. They don't have a kitchen so food menu is very limited, but coffee is decent. Staff is warm and friendly.
