Nice cozy place it is! A person who is working in the front he is sooo active and good server. At this place you will get numbers of choices for ice cream with different flavors and toppings. Affordable prices but flavors of ice creams I found very artificial and very sugary too.

We recently visited this outlet. We ordered mint with Oreos and mango with Oreos. The mint ice cream was decent but the mango completely lacked flavor. The creaminess was incomparable. I had mango earlier at a different location and it was really great. Service- 4/5 Mint with Oreo - 3.5/5 Flavor- 3/5 Texture/richness-4.5/5 Mango with Oreo- 2.5/5 Flavor-1/5 Texture/richness-4.5/5

There is nothing better over lockdown then finding out that cold stone delivered. After a bad day or long meetings day or to celebrate a good day or for just a day Cold Stone custom Make your own is the best. Having the mixins for chocolate mint chocolate coffee chocolate mint and vanilla loaded with brownies, Oreos, fudge x3, chocolate chips, and the other chocolate one is so delicious. It makes any bad day better, good day a celebration, and any regular day awesome. Love it! And this location being right by the lashes places it a great way to treat yourself after and bring home something nice and is located close enough to origins to walk making your adventures complete in a one driving stop shop.

Whoever was working at this hour of this day was really really taking it slow by chating with the customer as if there was no one waiting in the line. Waited 10 mins and then left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My son and I went yesterday to the Cold Stone in Redmond town center location. They charged us $8.5+tax for the small cup. So, the ice cream wasn't frozen, it was already melted when we got it. It didn't even keep all our toppings on top, and gammy bears fall down. It was horrible experience. I'll neve r go there again.

The ice cream here is good! The waffle cone I had was stale and the ice cream melts really quickly, but it was really tasty.

Service is abysmal unless they're incredibly slow. Then staff are hiding in the back, no where to be found. First time I went in for a pickup I waited 10 minutes for someone to come check out the front, and see they had a customer. Second time they were slammed and the line barely moved over a 30 minute period with 5 staff members behind the counter. The last time Ive gone in they were moderately busy, I had an order to pickup so I waited by the registers for a quiet moment to pick it up. I was ignored for almost 20 minutes until I added a stern tone to my voice. They saw me, we made lots of eye contact. They had moments to stop and talk with each other but not 10 seconds to help me with my pickup. Ice cream and cakes are great as always. But the quality just isn't worth the wait anymore.

Absolutely the best ice cream concoctions in greater Seattle . I like the ambience of this particular location, in Redmond Town Center. Nothing quite like it on a warm summer night . They lose a star because paying $10 including tip for an ice cream cone seems a bit ridiculous, but welcome to the Eastside with median home values approaching a million bucks. Recommended.
