Had a great experience while here a few weeks ago. I was able to get a cup of one of their new winter flavors, I can’t recall the name of the ice cream I got but it was a red velvet flavor with some other stuff added and it was the best ice cream ice ever had. Will be back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cold Stone Creamery has good ice cream and etc but I've just seen a problem with the staff when a female staff member had like 3 customers waiting in line. I was an additional 4th customer just picking up a delivery order on the side of the line by the front door. The staff member seemed like she was getting frustrated on making a lot of orders by her body language and I even asked her,"Are you working by yourself?" She said "No." Then I've seen a second person in the back. She said,"He is usually in the back." Without the male worker hearing what she just said. He came right out to help when he seen a line forming with waiting customers while she was helping me get the Togo order ready already made out of the freezer. I think it was the female worker being affaid to ask for help from the male co worker. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came here for classic cold stone icecream and I'm very disappointed. Cold stone advertises their "artic blast" service where they freeze it somehow so it is colder if you are traveling farther home and won't melt. When I mentioned it to the employee he looked dumbfounded and looked to his coworkers for confirmation that they do not do it. Then proceeded to make every possible excuse not to offer the service. Eventually I was able to talk him into doing whatever he could so my drive home won't end up with melted icecream. I'm pretty sure he just wrapped this up with saran wrap and threw it in a refrigerator or freezer. I should have checked the bag before leaving but I assumed he did his job correctly. Lesson learned. Will not be returning here ever again and would encourage others to seek another branch.

I ordered 3 mediums today. The girl said they were out of medium so she'd use a large cup. I got home to realize she filled a small cup and put in a large cup. Swing and a miss.

Lots and lots of ice cream flavors to choose from with even more toppings to choose from. They are very generous with the portions in both cups and cones. Always crowded, lines are always long so you know this place has good business.

Besides always getting great service, they helped me create my daughters dream birthday cake. Looked and tasted amazing. So grateful for that lovely team who walked me through the process.

We stood waiting to be acknowledged at the counter while people stocked ice cream and tried not to make eye contact with us. No “I’ll be right with you” no “hey give us a few, we’re just setting up.” People actively avoided us when approaching registers to order water while other customers were being taken care of and staff waited in the next family ordering ice cream instead. Not much customer service training it seems. I was glad my food was being prepared right in front of me. 🙃
