You can make your own flavored ice cream choosing from many flavored ice cream and a variety of toppings. I like to pick the ice cream and the toppings by myself, because the ones on the menu are too sweet for me.

We drove to Dothan and came here as a treat. We have never been before so weren't familiar. I realize no one gets paid enough and it's not easy dealing with the public. But it's also discouraging to go somewhere special just to be met with a bored, unhelpful employee. The icecream was fine, but the experience didn't justify the cost.

Got there about 20 minutes before close, which I hate doing anywhere. I asked Jillian if there was anything I could avoid ordering that would delay her closing procedures, she assured me I could order whatever I wanted. Very sweet young lady and the Strawberry Blonde was spectacular!

Walked in, told the guys I wanted two scoops with caramel and BOOM. Two scoops of ice cream of my choice with caramel topping. Quick, fast, polite, and yummy. Thanks.

Only one person working the floor on a saturday, seriously? It was really sad to me that the older woman refused to let my daughter sample a flavor & also refused to give her two flavors in one dish unless we bought a medium which would have been way too much ice cream for a little girl. Never have I been to a cold stone that made things THIS difficult to order ice cream. They also charge $1.50 extra for certain ice cream flavors, so thats ridiculous. Customer service zero stars.

The old lady that works in here is very rude!! The only thing that was good was the building is clean and the bathroom is clean.Ice cream is way to sugary and sweet.She charged me $5.98 just for a small bowl with no toppings or extras. That's way too expensive. Won't be back
