The employees did not listen to my order and gave me a waffle bowl instead of a cone, then made it a big deal when I brought it up, so I just let it be. Plus, my ice cream tasted like freezer rather than the flavor I chose. I was very disappointed, especially given the price they charge...

This is the worst branch of cold stone, I ordered a cone and the gave me ice cream in a cup with a cone on top, where other branches give this proper way. Also the cone has paper stickers on it which when I tried to take off it was stuck and I have to throw the cone away. Overall not worth to visit this branch, I recommend to go to Tempe Marketplace one.

Just came into cold stone and immediately got treated with zero respect. Walked in and some girl with blue eyes, blonde hair, red lipstick had a horrible attitude. She slammed everything. She basically slammed the ice cream on the counter. Slammed the doors. Rushed me to make a decision after giving me LITERALLY 30 seconds to decide. so disrespectful.

Horrible experience with my grandchildren. We had pizza and wanted ice cream as dessert. We were told go outside and eat your pizza and you can come back in and eat your ice cream. It's record breaking heat. Wow sad. My grandkids didn't understand and they just said sorry..

I usually love Cold Stone. However, this visit was a disappointment at best. Staff was unprofessional and the store was dirty. Definitely not the normal ColdStone experience.
