I ordered 2 large ice cream cakes for my dads celebration of life. They looked and tasted amazing!!! I loved how I was able to customize everything to the flavors my dad liked. I even called to change the order and they got my charged right and even gave recommendations for the best flavor combo. I had an issue with picking it up the day before because my freezer was full and they let me pick it up right before the event. Really great customer service!! And the price was way lower than other custom cakes I found. I would highly recommend for any event. Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Cake

It was super busy and near closing when we came in. The staff was so friendly as they made everybody's orders with total accuracy. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Cold Stone regularly delivers a quality product and great customer service, but the team working tonight stand out even in that high standard. Delicious and amazing variety of hand made ice cream selections and mix-in options. The 1st mix-in it is free! The waffle cones are disappointingly unremarkable, considering the price almost doubles by including one This is a place to splurge. Expect paying at least $8 for a small dip, (w/ waffle cone). But it sure hits the spot.

Yesterday I got the Like It Birthday Cake Remix and its good ice cream as always. I wish he had mixed it a bit more as most of my additions were on the top of my ice cream and not blended throughout. The guy who got our ice cream could definitely work on his customer service....he just seemed very annoyed to be there and was treating us like a nuisance. The cashier however was great and very polite!

We had great service on Saturday. The ice cream is always excellent and the people serving us listened carefully and took very good care of us. It's not cheap, it was $40 for 5 of us, but the quality is top notch, so you get what you pay for.

Ordered a Love It. They put it in a Like it cup inside of a Love it :( and I signed up and had the BOGO but they didn’t honor it so I ended up paying $9 for a Like it plus a shake (should’ve only been $6.49 + tax) but this was a horrible experience. I get that they don’t care for their job, but what if everyone in health care behaved the same way? It’s just super disappointing.

Went to cold stone and ordered a medium "the way the cookie crumbles," which includes the following ingredients: Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, double the OREO Cookie and Frosting...the kid making it, literally took vanilla icecream and mixed in oreo cookies and charged me for it. Like bruh, i can get cookies and cream from Baskin Robins, for a few dollars less than what i payed at Cold Stone. Saying that, clearly being familiar with the menu is askin a lot and i should take my business somewhere else!

In short - this is one of the best Cold Stones I've been to. It was well staffed, clean, and as always they have a ton of delicious treats! The one drawback is that it is rather expensive for a bowl of ice cream, so I can't go frequently, but on occasion, when I need a delightful bowl of cold goodness, this is likely where I'll go!

I love coming to this place have for the past 5 years and so happy with the service. Lexi by far is the kindest, most professional. She is a main reason I will drive the extra distance to go here even though I live next door to another store! Thank you Lexi for always making my family and I feel so welcome and important. Even today my son went to go get a Love it for me and she put a hope your doing well note! This is outstanding customer service and really goes so far! Kudos to Lexi!!!
