In order to receive 5 stars, the service and drinks must be great each time, that was not the case at Cold Water. I enjoyed my drink during my first visit, so much so, I went back an additional 2 times. Unfortunately my 3rd visit was a fail, which was especially upsetting because I ordered 5 drinks (for myself and friends), no one enjoyed their drink! Such a contrast to my first & second visit, plus the service was below average. So much $$$ to be poured down the drain, literally! I do not recommend to fellow coffee lovers. Service: 2

Stopped in for an afternoon jolt of energy. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. At the suggestion of the owner, I added a “shot” of white coffee for a little extra energy without changing the flavor of the drink. I has never heard of white coffee and was intrigued. Nice new coffee shop in pacific city. Owners are super nice and make a great cup of coffee. Interior is one of the nicest I’ve seen on the coast. Also it’s the earliest coffee shop to open so for remote work its a+. Stop by you won’t be disappointed!

Nice atmosphere! This place was comfortable, clean, decorated and relaxing. The staff are friendly and the coffee is nice. The ginger turmeric latte was sweet, spicy, and delicious. Good location. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Really great coffee shop in an awesome location. Cold brew was delicious and the owners are super nice. Will definitely return any time we are in Pacific City. Highly recommend!
